Anyways, this chapter I'll be talking about mixed bases. You remember the bases right? These things:

ㅗ,ㅜ,ㅓ,ㅏ,ㅣ,ㅐ etc.

So when we mix bases, you can only mix them so that you use one of these>ㅗ,ㅠ,ㅜ,ㅛ,ㅡ< before adding one of these>ㅏ,ㅓ,ㅐ,ㅔ,ㅣ<

And just like the writing order, the reading and pronouncing order is the same.

E.g 1)

와

ㅇ+ㅗ= 오 (Oh) +ㅏ=와 (Oha)

When you pronounce this, you need to say it quickly and smoothly so it sounds like syllable, not two.

E.g 2)

의

The same here:

ㅇ+ㅡ=으(eu)+ㅣ=의(eui)

This chapter may seem really confusing, but if you encounter these words in real life, you'll be able to understand what I'm talking about here.

Anyways, practice this a bit and you'll get used to them ^^
