She watched the orange red sky as she listened to the sound of the shore. She felt his heartbeat on her back as she controlled the heart of her own. His was calm, almost hard to notice but she's too aware of him. She's too inlove with him.

It was crazy. It was stupid. But afterall, love was not about being logic.

It was painful, but it felt right. Somehow, it did. 

He took her hand and laced his fingers with hers. She sighed at the comfort and warmth that ran through her.

He kissed her hand and whispered to her so silently she almost missed it. 

"I love you."

And Dara just smiled.

Didn't ask for how much. Didn't ask for forever. Because nothing lasts forever. For all good things it's true. 

She was happy. She was content. Atleast at a point in time, he did love her.

So she swore to the sky that has now slowly turned gray; She will be grateful for his love until the day comes that it runs out.
