Foreword
Maybe it's cruel for a bird to be caged. To prevent an animal from doing what it was made to do, to clip it's wings against freedom so we can admire - those pretty features, that pretty song.
But what if it was raised in captivity? Is it still cruel to clip wings if not doing so harms them? That if they were to fly, they would fly faster and faster towards their death?
And then, there are those who have no fear of letting their birds fly, because they know, that in time, the bird has been trained well enough, to fly back to where it's deemed it's territory, it's home.
