It was always that time of the year which Aerin hated the most, summer. 

The coldest time of her every year life. It was when the days are the longest and nights are the shortest. A season of boredom, despair, and absolute melancholy. The time of year where she has to leave the comfort of her real home and go back to a place which she never called home.

Thankfully, it would be the last year where she has to sacrifice her time for a tedious summer break. After her birthday, she'd finally be free and live her life the way she wanted it to be. She had initally wanted to skip oing this year but since it would be her last time being in the hell hole palce, might as well just go along and watch as the days go by like how they always did in the past.

After all, it was just another summer, right?

A summer full of possibilities which evantually turn into dreams. A summer filled with everything but happiness and bliss.
