The next morning when I was headed to school I was greeted by Hoya at my front door.

“What are you doing here?” I asked him. He smiled brightly back at me.

“I wanted to walk you to school, or do you have someone that goes with you?” He retorted. I shook my head.

“Not today no, Sungyeol was going to go to school earlier for some tutoring today,” I informed him.

“Can I walk you to school then?” He asked. I shrugged.

“Do whatever you want.” I answered indifferently, walking past him. I walked halfway down the street, when Hoya caught up to me and wrapped his arm with mine.

“Don’t you just miss the good ol’ days when we use to hang out like this,” Hoya started. I slid my arm out of his.

“No,” I lied. “I was able to gain friends who don’t abandon me for their girlfriends.” I shot back at him. He sighed.

“You obviously haven’t forgiven me,” Hoya groaned.

“Obviously,” I answered sarcastically.

“When are you going to forgive me?” He questioned. I shrugged.

“It’s hard to forgive when your best friend ditches you. How am I supposed to feel like I mean anything to you at all?” I asked. He quickly stood in front of me and stopped my path.

“Don’t say that. Sure I haven’t been here for you the way a best friend should, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t care for you.” Hoya declared. I looked at him in the eyes and flicked his nose.

“Prove it.” I stated, walking around him.

“How do I prove it to you?” He called after me. I shrugged.

“Figure it out…”I muttered. We walked to school together in silence. I really didn’t have much to say. I will admit, it was nice walking to school with Hoya again.

When we got to the school gates I was immediately greeted by one of my old friends, Siwan (ZE:A).

“Yunnie can I see you for a second? I’ll walk you to class,” Siwan suggested, flashing me a smile. I couldn’t help but smile in his direction.

“Umm… well”

“Actually I was going to walk her to class,” Hoya interrupted.

“Oh well… I really need to talk to her,” Siwan admitted, scratching the back of his neck embarrassedly.

“Look it’s okay… just let me talk to him,” I told Hoya. He shrugged and I walked away with Siwan, his violin case bumping me slightly.

“So I wanted to know if maybe you would like to go out with me y’know like friends. I mean if you don’t want to I understand. We can just hang out some other time if you want,” Siwan rambled on. I couldn’t help but giggle at the sight of him squirming.

“No it’s fine… we can go out like friends.” I agreed. He immediately hugged me.

“Great I’ll go pick you up say this Saturday around 4pm?” He suggested. I nodded.

“Sounds great,” I replied. He fist pumped and waved at me as he started running towards the school.

“See you then Yunnie! Bye,” He yelled. I laughed and waved back. Then Hoya immediately appeared behind me.

“What was that all about?” He asked. I shrugged and we both started walking in to school.

“Well he asked me out on a friendly date and I agreed to go with him.” I stated simply. Hoya then stopped me by grabbing my wrists.

“Wait you’re going with him? Why? Aren’t you with L anyways?” He questioned me. I pulled my wrists out of his hands.

“First of all why do you care who I do and do not hang out with. Secondly, of course I’m not with L, and lastly, I’m going because Siwan is a great guy and it will probably be a great time.” I replied, glaring at him.

“What if I told you that I don’t want you to go?” He told me, seriously.

“And what is the merit behind that?” I asked him, wondering why it was that he didn’t want me to go out with Siwan.

“Well… he just doesn’t seem like a good guy,” Hoya murmured questionably, like as if he wasn’t sure of what he was saying.

“Oh ha ha very funny,” I added sarcastically, starting to walk away from him. Then he pulled me back to him.

“Okay okay… what if I told you that… I had greater feelings for you than what a friend should?” He started. I rolled my eyes at him.

“I would laugh and tell you to stop joking,” I told him. He sighed and shook his head.

“Nevermind,” He muttered. I eyed him curiously. He really did look like he was being serious, but I decided to go to class anyways.

[Hoya’s Pov]

I watched Yunhee walk to class and sighed.

How am I going to tell you that I love you?

[Regular Pov]

When the weekend came I gladly went out with Siwan. Still I couldn’t get the picture of Hoya’s face out of my head. Was he really being sincere with me? Even if he was being sincere with me, none of this made sense to me. Wasn’t he with Gina? I shook all of these thoughts out of my head and gladly went on my date with Siwan.

We first stopped at a candy store where I ran in to a familiar figure… Gina.

“Gina you’re back!” I exclaimed seeing her. She smiled warmly at me and hugged me.

“Yes I’m back. It has been a while since I’ve seen you. How have you been?” She asked. I shrugged.

“So so… school can only go so well some times,” I confessed. She merely laughed. “So are you going to see Hoya soon?” I asked. She looked at me questionably.

“Why would I go see Hoya?” She questioned. I looked at her curiously.

“Well he’s your boyfriend. I would think you would want to see him,” I stated. She raised her eyebrow at me.

“No he’s not. Hoya and I broke up a while back. The only reason we’ve been “together” so long was so we could fool my grandparents in to thinking I had a boyfriend,” She told me. Then slowly everything started to make sense.

“Hn. Well that certainly puts things in to perspective.” I commented. She smiled at me.

“I’ll see you around okay Yunnie. I just came to get some candy for my nephews.” She confessed, showing me the bag of candy. I nodded and we said our goodbyes. Then I went back to my date with Siwan. The date was great, but my mind was with Hoya. Just what the heck has been going on?

I was currently sitting in the park with Siwan serenading me with his violin. I clapped when he finished his song.

“That was great oppa,” I complemented. He smiled and took a seat with me.

“I’m glad you liked it,” He responded. We sat in silence for a while. I really didn’t know what to tell Siwan. “Y’know… I wanted to confess to you how I felt about you today, but I already know your heart belongs to someone else,” Siwan confessed. I blushed out of embarrassment.

“What do you mean?” I wondered. He chuckled, and put his violin back in it’s case.

“Your heart belongs to Hoya. I see the way you look at him. I also see the way he looks at you. I know you two feel the same for each other,” He told me. I sighed.

“How could you know so much from just the way I look at him?” I muttered. He smiled and ruffled my hair.

“I’m just observant… trust me... you aren’t that obvious.” He joked. He walked me home after that and bided me goodbye. When I turned to walk towards my house I was surprised to see Hoya at the front steps of my door.

“Hi there,” I greeted him. He smiled, stood up, and greeted me. “Why are you here?” I asked.

“Well I came to tell you something important,” He started. I stared at him, waiting for him to say something. “I-I… I wanted to tell you the truth.” He started. I smirked at him.

“Like the fact that you and Gina aren’t dating and you’ve been trying to trick her grandparents this whole time?” I started. He glided his hand through his hair and rubbed the back of his hair nervously.

“Well that and…”He started. I stood there waiting.

“And?” I asked. He groaned and shook his head.

“Aish just forget it,” He yelled.

“forg..” The next thing I know Hoya had placed his hands on both of my cheeks and had pulled me in for a kiss. When I finally realized what was going on, I kissed him back and it felt so right. When we finally parted for a breath he smiled at me.

“I wanted to tell you that I care about you and this whole time I sat on your doorstep hoping that your date with Siwan would go horribly.” He confessed. I playfully shoved him.

“Funny you should say that. My date with Siwan went great…but he told me that I clearly belonged with you,” I told him. He laughed and hugged me.

“Did I tell you how much I like Siwan?” He told me. I laughed. Little did I know that right around the corner all of infinite stood hi fiving each other.

[In the Corner]

“What did I say… I told him to come here and claim his woman,” Dongwoo stated. Then Sunggyu smacked him in the back of his head.

“We all added a little to this okay,” He scolded.

"Yeah I took her out on a "date"," L told him.

"Yeah and I spent lots of time with her!" Sungyeol exclaimed.

"I made her call me her boo!" Woohyun added.

"I just hugged her a lot," Sungjong muttered.

"I just made sure you all wouldn't go over board," Sunggyu stated. Dongwoo scoffed.

"Psh... whatever," He said, earning a smack from all of the other members.

[Meanwhile with Hoya and Yunnie]

We sat on the front step holding each other’s hands.

“Can we talk about how much I don’t like Sungyeol being so close to you?” Hoya started. I shook my head.

“No because I don’t care Sungyeol is my friend and I don’t care what you say.” I responded.

“Fine then what about calling Woohyun boo?” He told me. I laughed and shook my head.

“No, because Woohyun is my boo,” I replied. He pouted.

“Then what am I?” He started. I laughed.

“My boyfriend,” I told him. Then he pecked me on the lips and right at that moment my brother came out.

“Eww I don’t like Hoya hyung! He’s giving my sister cooties!” Jinyoung exclaimed. I laughed and watched at Hoya ran after my brother trying to gain his forgiveness.

“Oh c’mon Jinyoung… I was just trying to be friends…”He tried telling my brother. I sighed and watched them run around.

Things couldn’t be anymore perfect…
