Two persons. One rude heart. One caring heart. 

Why is everything complicated about him? Why can't he do things he want to do? Why can't he make choices of his life? It's really hard for him to mention the word 'Freedom' if there is always someone guiding him. 

Few years ago, He was 12 and he met a friend, she was older than him but he became friends with her. They met at the amusement park where she used to have a part time job there with her parents. She was a teenager back then, when she acted like a vampire in a halloween whenever the park starts at november. He was with his family when they visited the park, he was so happy and he can't stop looking at the rides he saw around. He was so excited to ride on the ferris wheel but he accidentally bumped into a girl. Their face were so close, only an inch left. He got back into the reality and they both stood up. She kept on apologizing to him until she realized that she had to go for her performance. He just kept on looking at her.

Riding a ferris wheel with his parents is one of the best moment in his life. After the ride, he saw a performance happening between the happy event, he ran and sat on the vacant chair and people were laughing at the girl who's acting like a vampire. He just grinned and kept on watching her, keeping his eyes only for her. 

One family on the side in a small dining yet happy occasion. The jung family. The happy-go-lucky family. No matter how hard life is, they always keep their head up and they always go with every problems, they'll solve it together and everything will be fine.

In the middle of the occasion, they had been waiting for sooyeon to come back. They can't wait so Jung papa decided to let Jung mama called sooyeon. Jung mama went from anywhere to find jessica and she got shocked when someone held her wrist. She was distracted with thoughts and feelings she had with that guy, The father of yoongi. 

"H-hey.."

"Hello, Nice to see you again"

She was his first love. He was wrong for leaving her. He regretted it. He did. He was happy to have met her again where they met at the first place.

She was hiding behind so they couldn't see her. She was crying. Crying as he saw the figure of her husband with his first love. She was hurt and decided to run faster as she bumped into a guy.

"Are you okay, miss?" 

She didn't answered and she just run away until she reached their car.

"Mama bear"

He kept on shouting that nickname, trying to find where she is.

"I have to go now"

She said wiping her tears away and smiled. She looked around as she heard it again, she walked away and he stayed there, not stopping her.

"Hey"

She turned around and pointed at herself.

"Me?"

"Yes, you!" He grinned and walked closer to her.

"What is it? Don't you like my performance?" She asked, raising her brows up and lets out her pure smile.

"People are laughing at you so why would I not like it?" He chuckled.

She laughed and scratched her head, "Thank you but my parents is surely looking for me now, we have to eat and have fun. So I'll go now" 

She walked out and he stopped her, "W-wait.." She looked back and gave him a confused look.

"Would you mind if I join?" He smiled and she signed to come closer.

They walked together as they talked and introduced themselves. At first it was a silence between them but he broke it and started saying something.

"I guess you have a happy family"

"Y-yeah.. I do"

"Mine is not a happy one. They're always busy with works and stuffs. I'm only left at home. They don't have time for me."

She just stayed quiet as she heard a lonely voice that came out from his mouth.

"We can be your second family if you want"

He smiled and she smiled back.

"Oh here we are!"

"Care bear"

"Papa bear, Mama bear"

She pointed at the direction and he looked at it as he saw her parents hugging her and they looked at him, he bowed politely and smiled.

"Who is he, care bear?" Jung papa asked

"Oh.. He's my new friend. He wanted to join us so I guess we have a new family"

They all smiled, "He seems kind" Jung mama said and pulled him along with them. He smiled a little and she stayed on his other side and clung her arm on his shoulder. He looked at her and smiled widely. She smiled back.

"Don't worry, you'll have fun here"

"Hey hey hey get another plate, we have a new family member" Jung mama shouted. They welcomed him happily and he just can't stop but to smile at the moment. 

They all sat down and prayed, he was so clueless because whenever he eats, he don't pray and it's a problem of his. He looked at them, with their eyes close, he pretended to pray so he closed his eyes too. They all opened their eyes after they finished praying then they noticed he was still praying. She almost laughed but stopped it and he finally opened his eyes. He rubbed his neck and smiled.

"Let's eat" 

"Do you have spoon and fork?" He whispered at her and she chuckled.

"We don't use spoon and fork here. We used our hands because we can taste the food more" She explained and he was confused.

"Ah.. nevermind. Just eat with your hand" She smiled and took a handful of rice with piece of chicken. He smiled as he watched her eat so he did the same.

Few minutes later, after all the fun, he noticed that his phone was vibrating. 

"Excuse me, I'll answer this for awhile" He looked at her and she nodded.

"Hello, mom?" 

"Where are you?"

"I'm still here, are we going home?"

"Yeah, your dad and I are waiting for you here"

"Oh okay, I'll get there"

"Why is your voice like mad or something?" He asked, looking at his phone.

"Let's talk later at home"

"Mhm. Hey, I have to go now" He pouted, nodding slightly.

"Really? It's nice to meet you then" She said and stood up.

"I hope you can visit here again next time" Jung papa added and he chuckled.

"I will, sir" He replied and looked at her again

He let out a small paper inside his pocket and gave it to her, "Here, you should come!"

"W-what is this?"

"Bye" He waved his hands and run towards the parking lot.

"Yoongi, go to your room" 

He stayed confused as he followed his mom. He opened his door a little so he could hear them.

"I saw you"

"Saw what? You know.. I, i don't know what you're talking about--"

"You still love her, right?"

"What are you saying?"

"Why can't you see me? I'm here and you didn't even feel my presence. I'm your wife now, you should love me more than your first love"

"......"

"Now tell me, do you still love her?"

"If I say yes, what will you do?"

She punched his chest weakly and cried. He tried to walk away but the strength of her arms holding his thigh.

"Don't leave me"

He heard it. He did. All he can think is 'Why is this happening?'. He imprisoned himself inside the cabinet and covered his ears.

A morning after the night. His mother went to his room and widened her eyes when she didn't saw her son inside. He kept on calling his name and she went inside the bathroom but she haven't found him, she opened the cabinet and pulled him out.

"Yoongi"

"Mom.."

"Why are you inside the cabinet?"

"You were fighting with dad yesterday..."

She hugged him tightly, "Shhh"

"I don't want to see you two fighting at each other"

"Where is dad?"

"He left us"

"Is this what you called a new year?"

His mom stayed quiet and continued chewing her food. He walked out and went to the basketball court.

"Yoongi..." She tried to call but he didn't listened.

He was the only person outside. No fireworks. No people. Just him. He feels lonely. So lonely. He can't be happy as others. He gave up and cried loudly. He get the ball and throwed it on wall for many times and he lied on the ground and continued shredding tears. Few minutes later, he heard the doorbell.

"Sooyeon, is this really the house? We knocked all the houses but none of them is matching. Is that guy fooling you? Or else I'll punch him"

"Hmmp" She pulled her back, "You're too small" She laughed, punching his head lightly

Then the gate opened and shesaw him. That guy on the park. 

"Hey, you really came?"

"No, I didn't. Would I not be here if you told me to come? Of course I'll come. You're my friend"

"Come inside" He invited and pulled her inside.

"So where is the party?"

"There's no party"

"But--"

"What?"

"You texted me that there will be foods and fireworks and balloons and stuffs-- Where are they?"

"Whose they?"

"The people"

"Actually I'm the only one celebrating my own new year"

"What? Where are your parents?"

"Let's sit first"

The three sat down and looked up in the sky. 

"Wow~" They were amazed by seeing the stars in the sky.

"So pretty.." He mumbled and looked down

"So.. where are your parents?"

"Dad left us.. I don't even know why.. but maybe because of his first love. Mom can't even recover, even me. I can't. I want us to be a whole family just like yours."

"Don't worry, we're here for you. You can always visit the park if you want. Remember, we're your second family"

"Right." He gave his signature smile

"Look I prepared a light up stick{lusis; I don't what it calls in english. Lol}" She gave one to him and one for her friend and one for her.

They light it up with fire and they raised it up and covered their nose.

"Woooo" The three shouted happily and they were surprised by the sudden fireworks.

They looked at it and their expressions were happy. Yoongi is the happiest. He looked at her.

"Thank you"

"Why?" She smiled slightly

"Thank you for being here. Thank you for being my friend. Thank you for making me happy this new year. I'll never forget you." He hugged her tight and her small friend interrupted

"Hey, we have to go. I'm sure papa bear and mama bear is looking for us"

"Oh, right"

She pulled away from the hug, "Thanks for inviting me but we have to go now, but at least we made your new year happy"

"Yeah, thanks"

"Let's go now" She struggled saying, not knowing where to go down.

"Let's just get down here. It's easier"

"Oh yeah, right. Oh we'll go now"

It was a happy event for their family again. Spending new year's eve together. Jung papa almost panicked when he noticed that her daughter is lost.

"Mama bear, do you know where sooyeon is?"

"Oh she told me she'll just visit her friend"

"Friend? She doesn't even have a friend in this village"

She hit his head and added, "Don't you remember she introduced her first friend yesterday?"

"Ah, that guy. What's his name?"

"Hmm.. I don't know. We don't even ask him."

Jung papa pouted and sighed

"Anyways, get the other drinking glasses inside. I think that's the only thing missing" Jung mama ordered and he nodded slowly.

"Okay, mama bear!" 

He heard a sound from the room as he walked closer and peeked behind the door. Then the guy saw him and pointed the gun at him.

"You know we can talk about this, brother"

"No, you and your wife, I begged to the two of you, I want money and you don't give what I want. So now, I'm talking all your moneys"

"Il sung-ah.."

"Look for the money and give it to me"

He walked closer at the cabinet and slowly snatched the gun from Il sung. 

"Oh , woo sung!" He fought with him, trying to get the gun from woo sung. Until a sudden 'bang' was heard.

"What was that?"

"Sooyeon, maybe it's just a sound of fireworks"

"Oh, I forgot to ask his name, let's go back"

"Yeah, let's go back, let's go back to your parents. They are looking for us now. They might be worried."

"But--"

"No buts, let's go now"

"Okay, okay!"

He fell on the ground and slowly he wandered his eyes, remembering the people he met, remembering the happy memories then he thought

"Everything is not cleared yet"

"I'll be gone for awhile"
