macchiato-'s note:
Monochrome Technicolour is a series of drabbles that provides strong morals and messages, covered with high metaphorical senses and wide range of vocabularies. The series focuses on one main pairing: Jongin and Yixing, who, in the drabbles, are told to be the opposite of each other. Despite their differences, they still share the love, the bond, the friendship, and Monochrome Technicolour managed to deepen such plotline in only three to four paragraphs per story.
(+): The ideas of the plots are amazing. The author even managed to expand simple plotlines into drabbles that appears complicated and strong in terms of morals. The characterization, despite the stories being short and compact, is still very well done. The drabbles provide realistic, relatable and at the same time consistent characters that would bring you into a mess of awe. Monochrome Technicolour is a collection of brilliant drabbles you would die to read.
(-): Like said above, the language is extraordinary, so if you’re not a reader who favor the use of advanced vocabularies, this isn’t your best choice. Other than that, I barely found any flaw. I wouldn't consider this as a either so scratch that off your worries. Give these drabbles a try!
