Isn’t distance a sad yet amazing thing?

Knowing that it could be all that’s in the way of something beautiful?

But could that something be beautiful without the distance?

What if it’s the distance that keeps it beautiful?

Even though the distance could be what keeps it beautiful

You cannot feel nor experience the beauty

Distance creates beauty yet it doesn’t let you have it

You’re stuck missing something or someone

You’re stuck dealing with the agony of emptiness, and loneliness

All by yourself

And it’s all simply because of distance
