In a world where people can defy the laws of nature, rules are necessary. But rules, when made and handled by fallible humans can cause pain and hurt instead. But like with life, one could choose to react with bitterness or to transfer that pain into something fruitful instead.

This was originally for a prompt on my request fic page over here. But it was Yeonah and her prompts always explode into monsters so this one was no exception. And then, ConfesstoShisus also requested Chen/Lay from this verse and that exploded as well.

So yeah. This is the result - a couple of one-shots where there supposed to be a short drabble. And they're both actually freaking long enough to have their own one-shot pages but I'm lazy so. /sobs

And meanwhile, my brain wants to write Baekyeol for this as well (it's done). And it wants me to do OC/Kris because I have had this gripe that I've been wanting to turn into fic for eons but I haven't had the chance to write het for the longest time and the idea will only work in het.

But then again when has my brain cooperated? So it'll probably abandon me when I try. Welp, we'll see.]
