Infinite arrived at the venue first. 

Sungyeol: It's been so long since I have come to a shopping mall! 

Sungjong: Yay!

Sunggyu: Why are we here?

Manager: You guys are chosen to be on Match Match Couple with a girl group!

Infinite gave a surprising look to their manager. 

Woohyun: Then...which girl group will we be with? 

Dongwoo: Is it Miss A? F(x)? or SISTAR?

Manager: It's a secret! The answer will be revealed later when the girl group arrive!

Meanwhile, APink arrived at the venue.

Namjoo: Shopping mall! Yay! 

Chorong: Our paradise! 

Bomi: But what are we here for?

Manager: You guys are chosen to be on Match Match Couple with a boy group.

APink can't believe it! 

Naeun: Which boy group? Is it SHINee? *blush*

Hayoung: Unnie, you're missing your husband too much! 

Manager: When you all enter the shopping mall, the answer will be revealed. 

And APink enter the shopping mall, coincidently, Infinite spot them! 

APink: Annyeonghaseyo! *bow* 

Infinite: Annyeonghaseyo! *bow*

Production crew: The reason why you guys are here is because you all are chosen to be on a new show, Match Match Couple, where you all need to complete missions together with your partner. As for today it's the first episode, you all will be pair up according to your age order. Chorong will go with Sunggyu, Bomi with Dongwoo, Eunji with Woohyun, Naeun with Hoya, Namjoo with Sungyeol and Hayoung with L and Sungjong. The mission for today is to buy 3 sets of couple objects using the given amount of money during the time limit. Additionally, there will be an extra mission after all the couples have completed their mission.

Infinite and APink go to their partner and stand together.

Production crew: The time limit is 45 minutes. Report back to the same spot after you have completed your mission. READY GET SET...GO!

All the couples start to run!

 

 Chorong: Oppa, what should we buy?

Sunggyu: Something that is cheap and nice...

Chorong: *points* That couple t-shirt over there!

And they walked to the shop.

Sunggyu: Ajuma, how much does this two t-shirt costs? 

Ajuma: $___(a high price) 

Sunggyu: Can you lower down the price? Please please?

Ajuma can't resist it and lower down the price. 

Chorong and Sunggyu: Gamsahabnida! *bow*

 

Hayoung, L and Sungjong looking around to find an affordable set of couple things. 

Hayoung: Any suggestions?

L: Bracelet? 

Sungong: Spectacles?

Hayoung: Look over there!  

L and Sungjong: What...?

Hayoung: Earrings is the cheapest! Oppa, let's buy earrings!

L and Sungjong can't help it but also agree that earrings is the cheapest and they bought it. 

Hayoung: Oppa, we have to wear it! 

Sungjong makes the intiative and wear the earrings. L and Hayoung laughed. 

Hayoung: L oppa, your turn your turn! Or you need my help? 

Before L reply, she take the earrings and put it on L's ears. 

Three of them laughed at one another.

 

Naeun and Hoya = Awkward silence.

Hoya decided to break the silence.

Hoya: Naeun ah, what do you think we should buy? 

Naeun: I have no idea...

Hoya: What about the hat over there? 

And they walked to the shop.

Hoya, the mischievous kid, put the hat on Naeun. 

Hoya: This suits you! 

Naeun blushed and put the hat on Hoya too.

Hoya: Let's buy this! 

Ahjuma: This suits the both of you! 

Hoya: Ahjuma, thank you! How much does this two hats cost?

Ahjuma: $___ This is the lowered price for you two.

Hoya: Thank you! *shakes hand with Ahjuma* 

 

1st Item:

Chorong x Sunggyu = Couple t-shirts

Bomi x Dongwoo = Couple slippers

Eunji x Woohyun = Couple band 

Naeun x Hoya = Couple hat

Namjoo x Sungyeol = Couple pants

Hayoung x L and Sungjong = Couple earrings 

 

Namjoo: Sungyeol oppa, we need to buy something cheaper this time round. 

Sungyeol: Like what?

Namjoo: Necklace!

They proceeded to the handmade jewellery shop. 

Namjoo got attracted to the necklace in the shop.

Sungyeol: Do you think this suits me?

Namjoo nodded sheepishly.

Sungyeol almost breakdown.

Namjoo: We need to win! 

Sungyeol only can nod unwillingly.

Namjoo chose two necklaces and paid for it.

 

Woohyun: Eunji ah, look at that spectacles!

Woohyun ran to the shop. Eunji followed him behind.

Woohyun took a hello kitty spectacles and put it on Eunji. 

Woohyun: So cute so cute! 

Eunji blushed. Woohyun also put one on himself.

Woohyun: Oppa looks good right? 

Eunji gave a thumb ups. 

And they paid for the spectacles.

 

2nd Item: 

Chorong x Sunggyu = Couple band

Bomi x Dongwoo = Couple earphones

Eunji x Woohyun = Couple spectacles

Naeun x Hoya = Couple shorts 

Namjoo x Sungyeol = Couple necklaces 

Hayoung x L and Sungjong = Couple jacket

 

Bomi: We have spent so much! We still need to buy one more item. 

Dongwoo: Let's go for a cheaper item, since it's the last item.

Bomi pointed at a hairclip shop and headed there. 

Bomi: So far, I think this is the cheapest!

Dongwoo laughed non-stop.

Dongwoo: You really want oppa to wear this?

Bomi nodded happily. Dongwoo only can agree.

Bomi helped Dongwoo to put on the hairclip. 

Bomi: You looked so handsome!

Dongwoo looked into the mirror and laughed at himself. 

Bomi went to pay for the hairclips.

 

Hayoung: i think we have spent so much!

L: Well...we are only left with one more item to go.

Hayoung: Try and find something which is cheap and nice!

Sungjong: Maybe that hair band over there.

Sungjong is so attracted to the hair band and he ran towards that shop. Hayoung and L followed at the back.

Hayoung looked at the price and nodded.

Hayoung: Let's buy this!

L seems as if he is going to faint.

L: We have already bought the earrings and now it's the hair band! Why is it always girl's stuffs!

Hayoung: Oppa, we just need to clear the mission. Now we just have to pay for this and run back to the venue.

Hayoung went to the cashier and paid for the hair band.

 

Sunggyu ran around like crazy as he saw nearly all s running back to the venue

Chorong: Oppa where are you going? We're only left with one more item. Just look around and see if there's a suitable item. Calm down!

Sunggyu ran to the gloves stall.

Sunggyu: Chorong Chorong, this this! 

Chorong reacted quickly and paid for the last item. 

 

3rd item: 

Chorong x Sunggyu = Couple gloves 

Bomi x Dongwoo = Couple hairclips 

Eunji x Woohyun = Couple hankerchief

Naeun x Hoya = Couple bracelet

Namjoo x Sungyeol = Couple band 

Hayoung x L and Sungjong = Couple hair bands

 

When Infinite and APink returned back to their venue, Infinite's fans all frantically taking photos of Infinite because of their "SPECIAL" appearance.

The first mission ended. The fastest couple is Naeun and Hoya! Followed after them is Hayoung x L and Sungjong! 

Production crew: Here is the next mission, you guys have to find working couples in different departments in that store. You will be given clues according to your previous mission ranking. The higher you have for your previous mission rank, the more clues you have for this mission. There is no time limit for this mission, the game will automatically end when all the couples found the working couples. The couples who have found the most won. Lastly, for your information, there is 8 working couples in this store. 

Infinite and APink discussed their strategies with their partner. 

Chorong x Sunggyu: They must have some unique accessories that is common. 

Bomi x Dongwoo: Maybe just base on the clues? 

Eunji x Woohyun: I will try and test them, if it is true, they will smile non-stop.

Naeun x Hoya: I will use my dance moves to make the reveal the truth.

Namjoo x Sungyeol: I will see from their eyes, their eyes tell the story!

Hayoung x L and Sungjong: We really don't have much strategies...maybe just use the strategy of having more peope in our team!

 

All the 6 couples are brought to different locations of the store to start the mission. 

Chorong x Sunggyu = 1st floor make-up department 

Bomi x Dongwoo = 1st floor adult department 

Eunji x Woohyun = 2nd floor stationery department

Naeun x Hoya = 2nd floor children department 

Namjoo x Sungyeol = 3rd floor bed department  

Hayoung x L and Sungjong = 3rd floor cooking utensils and snacks department

Each couple starts by using the clue given about the location of the 8 couples. 

35 minutes after...(Game ended)

With most people in their group, Hayoung x L and Sungjong found the 3 couples.

With strategies here and there, Eunji x Woohyun found 3 couples.

With their eyes, Namjoo x Sungyeol found 1 couple. 

With dance moves, Naeun x Hoya found 1 couple. 

 

The winner for Episode 1 is Hayoung x L and Sungjong couple! Congratualations! 

 

 

REFLECTION OF THE DAY

Q: How do you feel about being with ______ (partner's name)? 

Chorong: Sunggyu oppa is quite funny and polite and he really have the intention to win s every time! 

Sunggyu: Chorong is active today and I really changed my impression of her today, as I thought she is a mature leader of APink but she can be childish sometimes. 

Bomi: Dongwoo oppa is a nice and humourous person and he really gives a try to everything. Like just now during the mission, I suggested the hair clips as one of our objects, althrough he's quite unwilling but he gives it a try. I like this attitude of him!

Dongwoo: Firstly when I know I'm paired up with Bomi, I really have no idea how I should feel. She's really a nice girl though and we really become closer after this.

Eunji: Woohyun oppa is so mischievious and I think we become really close after this and I really love to be his partner.

Woohyun: Intially, I'm not that close with Eunji. But now, I think we talk more after this partnering.

Naeun: I really don't know what I should say *laughs* Hoya is a cool man and I like it when he dances.

Hoya: Naeun ah...is a really shy girl, she hardly expresses about her interests but I really hope we become closer after this.

Namjoo: Sungyeol oppa is a *laughs* funny guy. It's so funny when he is wearing that girly necklace today.

Sungyeol: Namjoo is a person whom I can be easily close to so I can talk to her a lot.

Hayoung: L and Sungjong oppa is so hilarious and I'm so lucky to be with two boys!

L: Sadly *laughs* i didn't have much interaction as I think I would have with Hayoung but I think at least we become even closer than before *smile*

Sungjong: Hayoung is a nice and sweet girl, this is my impression of her.
