in the mist of the great war between the top tier gangs and mafias of south korea, there is a romeo and juliet story. a young boy who lost everything he touched only hopes to keep the one love he found who was nothing like him safe and sound. he wanted to keep secrets of his horrible past that now haunts his present from her only to find out that she is all too familiar with the process of the war. and when she is gone, he loses himself. but suddenly word reaches his ears of her safety.

the female role that the entire adventure and story of choi jonghyun is based off of. she is known to be agile, exuberant, and versatile but also a bit temperamental. she is loved by many people and by means in any way protected. what role she plays in the war against the top gangs in korea is a mystery.
The antagonist and protagonist alike in his own story to prove himself of worth. actual name is choi jonghyun which he keeps under lock and key. he is known to be irascible, diabolical, and isn't afraid to speak his mind but he shows a lot of love. he is wanted by many; dead or alive. being hunted down by the government. he was raised by shinhwa as changjo. loves and adores byulhee 'til death. part of the gang teen top. plays a crucial part in the war.
the family and brothers to changjo; together they make the six once feared members of the province. but ever since the war began, they have been laying low in order to protect their youngest member and his rights. they have taken jobs to work along with the government in order to gain access to destroy those evidence of the wrongly accused. plays a great role in the war.

the rookie gang who fought for the government in order to bring down the war and criminals who took a great part in it; even betraying their ally group beast. saw the error of their ways and secretly works against their once employer for the sake of byulhee. they were one of the main reasons she disappeared. regrets what they have done, after a beating from beast, and is now repenting for their sins. plays a great role in the war.

the main source and reason that byulhee is too familiar with the war. she grew up with one of the members and brought them together to form the gang. are higly feared right after shinhwa despite being around for only a short while. are easily compared to the kings. the black knights to help protect the cities against the unwanted company. plays a crucial part in the war.

Has known byulhee since she was young and he cares a lot for her. part of the leading mafias in the war.
