Kim Jongdae was towed to a world of darkness and despair. From one second to another, light was out of his life; he lost everything he once held dear. However, every day was greeted by his big, genuine smile; the kind of smile that could lighten up the darkest days. He knew he became a burden for his family and friends, yet he still smiled. He knew better than to complain in a situation like this. Jongdae would never give up hope, which was his best feature.

Breathing day by day, yet never living; seeing her surroundings but never actually observing them… Lee Sora was used to this empty life. But the fact that she was used to it never made it less painful. She thought of killing herself, but her mother and father would never forgive themselves for the loss of their princess; she wasn’t cruel to that extent. Because of such, she needed other people to feel her pain as well. She was a bully, the bully that made girls – and even guys – cry in front of others. She felt less alone every time other people felt like she felt, as if her soul was breaking. Her parents were never there; her mother and father would travel, seeking inspiration for their artworks, only sending her money and postcard from exotic places they would visit. She was rich thanks to her parent’s successes, but she never needed money, she needed love. Not being able to get what she needed, the female grew to become a heartless woman. Sora made sure that her place in the school’s hierarchy was untouchable, because that was the most stable thing in her life. With no real friends, and no purpose in life other than making people miserable, Sora breathes day after day, yet she has never lived.
