it all starts when all of Yuri's friends swoon over how in love they are. Talking about their cute dates, public display of affection, and how there's just nothing absolutely better. She can't help it and decides to try her luck on a popular dating website to see how well she can try her luck.

    All five friends talked over their dinners, bringing up casual topics. Work, school, family and the one dreaded most by Kwon Yuri- their love lives.

    First Jessica, Jessica's a fashion designer for a famous up-and-coming label. She was a bit y as the girls would call her, but she was a really caring and sweet girl in the end. Jessica had become more and more busy but she always found time to hang out with her girlfriends. Despite the serious face, Jessica was a party animal! Always wanting to have a good time. That was until she went to the New York for a wardrobe collection of hers and met Jonghyun, who served coffee to PRADA and GIVENCHY.  The rest is history ( and hot ).

    Then was the oh-so gorgeous Yoona. The possibly most desired women in South Korea, she was tall, slim, and had a feminine face that made made everyone swoon. So she took her good looks and turned them into her career, and now Yoona's a model for a French Agency that has a building in Seoul. The only thing a bit surprising- Yoona is a lesbian. Yep, you didn't see that one coming, did you? Well it's true and a player at that. Innocent was the last thing you'd want to describe Yoona.

    Next was Taeyeon, the laid back and cool ( like her name ), Taeyeon. She was the oldest of the bunch but had a smile that could make her fool you for a kid. Her dream is to be a singer because she had a voice that could leave a whole room in awe, as it always did. But things haven't gone well for Taeyeon, companies telling her to change her style and face to match the shiny and plastic k-pop world. So as of now she's an indie singer, getting the occasional coffee shop gig and if she's lucky, landing an ost for a day time drama. One day while rushing to her gig, she had ran across the street, dropped her guitar and it got ran over. Taeyeon wasn't going to leave without a good fight, but in the end she just got a new guitar and a new beau. Onew, a funny, clumsy, hungry kid who suited her almost perfectly.

    After came the youngest and definitely most innocent member of their clique, Seohyun. She was a girl with her head in the clouds and feet on the ground. She put up a strong front but was really sweet and cute and a little weird at times. Because of her young age she was still in school, medical school in fact. She was a bright one and used her smarts to it's full potential. Even with her cute and young exterior, she had a boyfriend. She hid from her family because of her fear of their reaction and approval. Taemin who was a pretty boy and was talented too. He's a backup dancer for the oh-so-famous Rain. Taemin dropped out of school and liked to hang around streets, but having never actually done something bad, he was still Seohyun's bad boy.

   Finally is our protagonist to the rescue, Yuri. She was a writer for South Korea's most popular life and gossip column, talking about her experiences and daily struggles. You've probably guessed by now but Yuri's a little bad when it comes to the topic of love. It wasn't that she was never interested or no one had been interested in her, it was just she expected way too much. The prince to save his damsel in distress and run off on their white horse into the sunset to live their happily ever after. But it was never like that. It'd been six years since she'd had a serious relationship or any kind of relationship, and a year without . She was on the verge of screaming of loneliness. Hearing everyone's love stories made her want to pull her hair out because in the end, she was jealous. Yuri was a girl who took care of herself and wasn't bad looking, and she was a cool person to have a drink with, so why didn't anyone want to date her and meet her expectations and needs?
