Bored, Kai looks around the auditorium, trying to recognise some familiar faces, and getting to know some new beings. Finally, he laid his vision on this particular pair of hazel-brown doe eyes. Zooming out his vision...

Aware of the intense staring from an unknown guy, Yuri become conscious of her appearance.

=Yuri's POV=

What... Is my hair messy -fixes her fringe and curls-

-Checks her clothes and shoes- My attire is all fine...

Yuri: Xiumin ah -taps Xiumin's shoulder lightly-

Xiumin: Hmm? -direct his attention to Yuri-

Yuri: Do I have something on my face? Or are my make-ups smudged? -touching her cheeks-

Xiumin: -shakes his head innocently- Everything is fine -pat Yuri's back to reassure her-

=Yuri's POV=

Then what is wrong with that guy!?

Yuri turns to look at Kai, and realises that his attention is still on her. Satisfied that his continuous staring had made Yuri conscious of herself, Kai twitches his eyebrows at Yuri and smirks. Usually, his smouldering eyes are enough to kill the opposite party emotionally and mentally, however for Yuri... She just returns his stare by rolling her eyes, and shifts her attention back to her new clique.

=Kai's POV=

Oh but that attitude... FAIL!

Playing hard to get huh, watch out my dear since you're in the same class as Chanyeol and Xiumin -laughing victoriously in his mind-

Sorry for the short chapter! I'm an author who likes to split chapters according to scenarios, so this chapter mainly highlights the small moments between Kai and Yuri.

Giving you guys a small preview, the nexy chapter will be a scenario where more of them get to know each other via each other's friends and connections. It might seem a bit too coincidental, but... this is a story right... everything that is impossible in real life, becomes possible. Haha pardon me.

I'll try to update again during later of the day if I'm free. I can't really promise that, but I'll try my best to do so before I go off for my study trip ;)
