The sound of  fans cheering could be heard through the wall of their dressing room. It was so loud Exo members couldn’t help but be pumped for their performance. They knew they had to make this performance amazing, to not disappoint the fans. The members were scattered in all part of the room, while the staff was running around like a chicken without it’s head to ensure everything would go as smoothly as possible.

 

The two leaders were discussing what to say at the end of the performance. While most of the other members were chatting away, the maknaes of the group were passed out  on the couch. One member in particular  was noticeably absent minded from the rest.

 

The maknae of EXO Oh Sehun, was sitting there alone lost in his own thoughts , staring at a picture on his phone. It was of his ex-girlfriend Daeun, it’s been 6 months since they broken up but he still didn’t understand what went wrong. She was the one that broke up with him, saying that they should both concentrate on their careers. With him coming back and her debuting it was the best thing they should do. Sehun though still didn’t understand, idols date in secret all the time, why couldn’t they?  Everyone always said they were the perfect couple, how cute they were, how they seem perfect. What did he do wrong? Was it because he didn’t say I love you to her? He just wasn’t ready and  thought she would understand. He truly did care for her as if his life depended on it. He lost track of how many times he has tried to win her back but failed, now he’s devising another plan trying to learn from his failure beforehand.

 

The members couldn’t help but worry about their maknae sulking alone in the corner of the dressing room. They all knew what was wrong but didn’t dare speak. Sehun was quite sensitive about that topic and they couldn’t upset him before a show. They weren’t sure if he would be able to pull himself back together in time. They hated seeing their maknae like this but they couldn’t do anything. Sehun was so stubborn with when it came to Daeun that he couldn’t see her true colors. In reality all the members hated her, it was obvious that she used Sehun to help with her training. Now that she debuted she thought she knew everything she needed to know. The members knew that they couldn’t tell him the truth because it would kill what little was left of him.

 

The members were talking to each other with their eyes telling one in particular, Luhan, to go talk to Sehun. Luhan didn’t want to this time,  he  was always the one members pushed to talk to Sehun. Even though Luhan loved him as a brother, it was tiring to talk to him especially when he was like this. Luhan felt like at this point it was so pointless to talk to Sehun about Daeun because it never went anywhere.

 

All the members were getting fed up with Sehun’s moping around but they never had the heart to be straightforward with him. He was still a kid and as cold and bratty his image was suppose to be, the Sehun they knew was different. Sehun was the just a fragile lost  kid inside, who cares for everyone full heartedly. He gets hurt easily, by everyone/ anything in fact. Which is why his image along with Kai’s was cold. The members didn’t want the maknaes corrupted by the world of Kpop.

 

“ Hey Sehun-ah” Luhan’s voice broke Sehun out of his trance

 

“ Yeah Hyung” Sehun replied as he quickly put away his phone and but on his poker face.

 

Luhan could tell Sehun knew what he was about to talk about so he decided to change the topic.

 

“ Wanna grab some bubble tea real quick before the performance?” That was Luhan and Sehun’s form of bonding, something that was only them.

 

“ It’s on me” Luhan gave him a face that made Sehun want to hit him but instead laughed. It was bubble tea how could he refused? Sehun just walked toward the door with Luhan following him with a smile on his face knowing he had gone somewhere.

 

The other members saw the interaction and gave Luhan looks of gratitude. After they left the member quickly gathered around each other.

 

“ Okay so operation cheer up Sehun in a go!” Chanyeol voiced loudly with excitement. The member have been trying to have a event to cheer up the Maknae since the break up. The first one didn’t exactly go as planned because he refused to come out of his room, later on they found out he wasn’t even there.

 

Though the members were upset their plan failed they knew it would be worth trying again if it brought a smile on Sehun’s face. It took them longer than they wanted to plan this party with their busy schedules but they knew Sehun would be appreciative.

 

“ Shut up Hyung, you’re too loud” D.O scolded. Suho then spoke

 

“ Okay everyone know what to do?” All loud course of “Nes” responded

 

“ We got decorations”

 

“ We got the food”

 

“ We got the hot ladies!” Baekhyun and Chanyeol high fived each other. In response the Leaders and well some of the other members of the group just glared at them

 

“ I mean we got the invites done” Baekhyun clarified

 

“ Would it be so bad if he could meet someone that got his mind off of Daeun” Chanyeol murmured quietly. But all the members heard it, they knew Sehun was too broken at the moment to even try to attempt  to introduce him to someone new. Luhan being the closest one, already tried and it ended badly.

Sehun and Luhan were walking through the packed hall of Mnet trying to avoid any collisions. The hall were filled with noisy chatter of idols and staff. Luhan and Sehun couldn’t help but overhear the conversations, though they mostly tried to tune them out.

 

“ I should go on a diet! My face is starting to get so bloated!”

“ What Unnie you’re crazy you’re perfectly fine!”

 

“Hey Hyung! Tell me about that hot date you head last night!”

“ Sorry Maknae, You’re too young to hear about that”

 

“Whoa is hot! Do you think she’ll give me her number?”

“Dude! In you’re dreams! She’s way out of you’re league!”

 

These were the typical conversations that could be heard in high schools, Sehun roll his eyes at how immature some people still were. One conversation in particular caught their attention though. Luhan was especially intrigued, it was between a staff member and an idol. Which was not unusual but they were talking about something non work related, a girl.

 

“ Yeah she’s coming from California, I heard she’s extremely smart! She even skipped a grade!”

 

“ Whatever man, is she hot?! What is she anyways? Is she exotic?! Man I would get a lot of props for getting her!”

 

“ Dude is that all you can think about?” Pretty soon a group of nearby guys heard the conversation and couldn’t help but listen. Some even joined in the conversation.

 

“ How old is she?”

 

“ When is she coming?”

 

“ Is she single?”

 

Sehun was getting annoyed by the  interest in some girl that wasn’t even here yet. How could she already get so much attention? Luhan on the other hand was curious but shook it off.

 

“ She is single but she probably won’t bother dating someone like you. I heard she’s a real challenge, at Kcon apparently she had so many guys hit on her but she didn’t even give them the time of day. They say her looks really contrast with her personality”

That caught Luhan’s attention, he loves a challenge. He couldn’t help but smirk and take an interest in the girl. He wanted to see what made her the challenge, of course Luhan wasn’t a player but if he meet the girl a liked her, he was more than willing to put in the work.  Sehun just shook his head at his hyung knowing what was on his mind. At the same time he couldn’t help but smile at his unique hyung.

 

“ Come on Hyung! My bubble tea!” Sehun but his hands on Luhan’s shoulders and started to maneuver him through the halls

 

“ Hey Sehun-ah! I was listening to that” Luhan was a little annoyed but couldn’t help but have a small smile on his face by Sehun’s childish action.

 

“ Well you promised me bubble tea! I want it before we go on stage!” Sehun now started to whine. Luhan’s smile grew brighter seeing the Sehun other’s rarely saw.

 

“ Okay, okay! You whining maknae! Relax it’s not the far!”

Author's note: A real chapter guys! I'm sorry for getting this out way later than I said I would! I had major writer's block ! It took me a many tries to introduce Sehun. I was just going to give him half  a chapter and talk about Hana. But no he deserves his own chapter! x] I have so much in store! I've written other/ parts of other chapters already! I just need to piece it together!  I hope you enjoy!
