This wasn't supposed to happen... Was it?

What am I doing here, exactly? I'm no one, but just a silly, clumsy boy from Millshire. I have no idea, what all of these strange people want with me! These people, who are all dressed up in black robes, hoods over their heads, preventing me from seeing their faces clearly. We interrupted them, just as they were talking in some strange language, preaching spells over a bunch of dragon bones. This language of theirs, I am yet to learn, though. And apparently, they want some kind of proof of something, that I don't even want to be a part of. They're all looking at me with weird glares, having expected something else to be in my place. Yes, they had probably expected someone bigger, stronger, older and more experienced. Someone who might even have a deep, threatening voice, that might be able to scare their enemies away - a voice that sound way more terrorfying when using this strange power I've been gifted. 

Instead. They got me. 

A guy, barely grown up, coming all the way from the very small town. My town isn't even in this part of this world. I come from the green valleys, not from the white, snowy mountains. I come from a place, where the lakes aren't completely frozen, where snow trolls aren't trying to kill you every day, just to eat you for dinner. 

So... Exactly what am I doing here? With a tall, handsome, older stranger by my side, who probably would match this power, this "gift", way more than I do? This stranger, telling me things such as I should be some kind of "Dragonborn". 

That I should be able to get these dragons chased out of our lands, using the dragons' own powers? 

I really wish I had just stayed home with my little sister, and my drunken of a father...
