Lu Han was born a champion.

That’s what every people say when they see a brunette haired half chinese, half korean boy picture in the headline of today’s newspaper, placing a round gold medal between his upper and lower teeth from winning men’s 400m in the national running competition yesterday.

He didn’t just do it once. He did it so many times that every audience of a running competition that includes Lu Han as a participant, can already predict who will be holding the champion trophy in the next few hours.

A champion is someone who gets the first place.

A champion is someone who receives trophies and medals.

A champion is someone who works hard to get all of them.

Lu Han was born a champion and he knows it.

One day, in the elimination round of the national championship, his race of life—which  includes every participant from chosen cities around Korea, and determines if he shall pass to the next round—he met a certain boy in a certain incident.

And the boy changed Lu Han’s whole perspective to the word, champion.
