Taemin and Harmony are childhood friends. In fact, their parents are childhood friends. Together, they dream on one day becoming idols together and together they worked really hard at it. Life together, has been memorable until, things started to happen to Harmony’s life. Now, at age 17, she moves back to Seoul after living in America for 7-years. There, her long lasting hope started to become slowly lasting as now her depression of her horrible life finally turned into happiness.

Author’s Note- Annyeonghaesyo, I’m Sokachangmin but, many people just call me plain old “Soka”. I considered myself to still be new in “Asianfanfics” but, I already feel like I’ve been a member for years. I feel very much welcome by a lot of people and I already got the chance to read so many awesome fics; one of the best I have ever read. So, one day, I decided, Maybe I should try and post a story myself.
I’m not new to writing fics. I’ve been writing since I was in 7thgrade? I think that’s like about 5 or so years now. I wrote a few on Winglin but, I tend to be known as the not-ever-finishing-any-of-my-stories person. Usually because, I’m busy most of the time back home and because I was so busy, I decided to stop posting any of my stories up because I didn’t think it was right to leave any of my readers hanging and instead I’ve been supporting others and their fics ever since. I still write them but, I never really post them.
But, their was one fic I wrote on Winglin that I can’t seem to let go and that was “Long Lasting Hope”. I really couldn’t let this one go so I decided to re-repost it but, then, while I was trying to write, I couldn’t really fit everything together, the way I wanted it to be because I’m also known as the “Perfectionist” when it comes to writing so, I decided to change the plot a bit and BAM!!! Here is a newer version of Long Lasting Hope!!! AND I do say, I like this one a bit better!!! Hehe.
I don’t consider myself to be the best but, I still enjoy writing it. I decided to try one fic and see how it goes before posting another one. So my first fic on Asianfanfics is a SHINee fic. Another one I’m writing by hand is actually going pretty good though. I’m working on part one and two of it. LOL funny how I didn’t finish part one but, yet, I started on part two but, yeah. It’s a Beast fic. ANYWAYS, I’m not the best writer you will ever see. I tend to have grammar and spelling issues so, I want to say sorry in advance. I’m on break right now but, I will be returning next week on August 16thand I want to say I won’t be able to go on online on weekdays because, it’s a rule -_______- But, My plan is to post at least 2 chapters a week, maybe 3. I plan on checking and then posting it on the weekend and just incase I’m busy, I already started to write it in advance and hopefully before school starts, I would be having chapters 1 to 20 ready to edit.
So, Long Lasting Hope is owned by me. I had no help nor would I dare steal ideas from others. If, it seems I did, I reassure you, I DID NOT. I Swear!!! All characters are not owned by me except for “Angelic Devils” but, not their looks (obviously) and of course I would like to remind you, this is a FANFIC. Most of it, is fake but, I do try to keep it realistic as possible.
I’m a senior in high school now, this year is suppose to be less stressful but, I highly doubt it so, that’s why I did everything in advance! I hope you enjoy, sorry for this long author’s comment!!! But, I appreciate that you read it up to here!

Her personality is very quiet and calm. She likes to keep to herself most of the time and have never expressed much emotion besides happiness. She doesn’t talk about her past and whenever asked, she would always find a way to change the subject. Besides training, she is always in her room studying.
*”Charismatic Beauty” means that she has a type of appearance that’s very striking and unique; very different.
Her past is…… In Japan, she was never able to make any friends. No one seemed to like her except for the guys around her (only likes her because she is hot) her parents were never supportive of anything she ever done and showed no attention towards her at all. Then, she came across a foreign exchange student program and thought it would be a good idea just to leave her hometown for a while. Once in Korea, everything changed. Everyone at her school liked her even to the point where she was counted as one of the most popular females in school. Then, she was spotted by SM and ever since then, the only time she ever returned to Japan was when she needed to get her belongings. Even the news of the acceptist never crossed her parents mind. The issue for her is the fact that no one in her hometown cared enough for her; she never was loved but in Korea, she felt the opposite thus concluding the fact that she wants to stay in Korea. She loves South Korea more then Japan but, she never told anyone that.

Her personality is a serious person with a dedicated heart. She brings determination to everything she sets her mind to and that’s why she is the leader.
*”Fierce Leader” means that she brings a whole new other level of fierce into the music industry.
Her past is….When she was younger, she always wondered what it would be like to become someone that’s inspirational to others; she wanted to do something in her life that would make a difference. Then, she found out she wanted to become a singer. Well, her parents were not supportive at all. Her parents wanted her to become knowledgeable and educational person (doctor...Etc.) But, she had no interest of that. She would secretly go and attend free guitar and piano classes behind both of parents back. She fell very much in love with music. Then, SM decided to held auditions and with the help of her friend, she was able to attend it and she was accepted. But, ever since she told her parents, all they felt was anger and betrayed (they are suppose to feel excited and happy for their daughter). She left Busan and stayed with her aunty (in Seoul), who supported her while she was training to become a idol and still, to this day, she was not able to contact her parents at all.

She was born and raised in Osaka, Japan. She moved to Seoul, South Korea when she was nine, got accepted in SM at age 12. She started to do CF at age 13 but, then, she was noticed for her musical talents and soon became a trainee for about 7 years.
Her personality is very sweet and kind. She does have moments when she doesn’t like to be bothered; very bi-polar.
*”CF Goddess” means that she holds the title for the longest and best commercials in all Korea.
Her past is….Her family, in conclusion is very poor. Her parents hardly ever comes home because they are always trying to make ends meat for everyone in the family. Her older brothers and sisters started to work at an early age to try and help out their parents but still, not much was earn. EunAe wanted to help out as well but, she was told by her brothers and sister to focus on her school work and just to take care of the younger dongsengs while they were gone. One day, she was recognized by a lady on the streets and was brought to SM headquarters (in Japan). There, she became a CF model and was able to earn a lot of money for her family to move to Seoul. In Seoul, her parents were able to find stable jobs (with the CF from EunAe, they were able to open a restaurant)
and her older brothers and sisters were able to do things freely now. EunAe continued to become a CF model for SM and soon enough she found out about her becoming a trainee.
Harmony

She was born in Seoul but, moved to America at age 10. At age 17, she moved back to Seoul and was discovered by SM shortly after her arrival. With no training with SM, she was surprised at the fact that she is the last member to be added to a new female group. (Angelic Devils)
Her personality is a very kind-hearted person with a great heart. She is super sweet and is very much lovable by a lot of people(especially when she just met them)
*”Princess of Music” Meaning that she is the best in everything related to music.
Her past is…When she was living in Seoul, she was really close to the Lee family (Taemin’s family). She would do anything with them especially with Taemin who she was very close to. Then, everything changed. At age 9, her appa died of a terrible car accident. Ever since the accident, her omma has been working her off to earn meat for her and harmony but, they were helped by Taemin’s family a lot. Then, at age 10, her omma was diagnosed with a rare heart disease and had to move to America for testing and treating, hoping to find a cure for the disease. At LA, she met the twins (Lee Min young and Mikyoung). Harmony also participated in many contest. With one contest, she took first prize which was a all expense paid class of vocal and dance training by the one of the most best in America for two years. Then, one day, she was offered to go to school to one the greatest schools in the world, Juilliard and was even offered a full scholarship to attend. Then, recently, her omma passed away and in the end she decided to attend a normal school in Seoul, South Korea instead because she lost hope in ever achieving her dreams until now.

(Min) The oldest Twin that is very much hard core in everything she does but, she is very much a reasonable person.
(Mik) the youngest Twin that is very much a person that you do not want to mess with but, she is a hyper active person when you get to know her.
*”Pop and Lock” meaning…Pop is Min and Lock is Mik. Together they make Pop and lockin which really means a typical dance move but, it really means unseparatable; you need both not just one. They are also called “Yin and Yang”
Their past…….Min and Mik was always told by many people, that they would never be successful even though how much their parents showed support. They had always dreamt of becoming idols in Korea one day but, because of the nonsupport of many of their friends, they grew depress and started to doubt their talent but, then they met Harmony and everything change. They both gain courage and soon enough they were accepted to SM.

She is the spunk of the group with a pure and rockin heart which brings a lot of support and love to everything.

Her past….Living in China, she was always train to become a gymist and she was very good at it especially at a young age, she was already was considered a professional. Everyone thought she was going to become very famous but, never did they expect (Family) her to be talented in Music. Without any training in Dancing and singing, she was accepted in SM. She then, moved to Seoul, South Korea and soon later, her family also moved to Seoul, South Korea to support her in her dreams of one day becoming famous.
All of them, has two similarities. One among the group and Two is with their future lover.
