New Beginning...
To the Tune of Love
[GD POV]
The operating room door close and the signal light goes red, means the operation was starting already we all sat in the waiting chairs praying hard to Tony’s life, i was so nervous I really don’t know what to do in this time, I feel so helpless.
“Ji yong let’s go, we should eat first and then come back here” Clea said I nodded and me, clea, with Tony’s father went to eat somewhere and we immediately came back to wait, it was almost two hours since the operation begun but it feels like im waiting here for several years.
I took out my notes and pen then I start writing some lyrics remembering all our happy moments together, all the happiness we share, laughter, teasing all the fights he smile, remembering it all gave me strength to go on, but I still need her by my side.
After 3 more hours the operating room open and the doctor came out he pulled down his mask.
“Doctor how does it goes?” Tony’s father said
“The operation went well, but were still not sure if her body will accept it and works properly let’s just hope for the best” The doctor said and patted tony’s father shoulder
“Thank you doctor” we all said I sigh in relief that the operation went well, but were still not done. Oh god when will this end?
After they settled Tony on her room, we all went there and there she was laying on her bed sleeping soundlessly, she was more pale and her face got more thinner, the nurse was adjusting her Dextrose and then left. Her father hold her hand and kiss the back of it and held to his cheeks.
“Tony Papa is here, do fight honey fight for me and your friends specially for Ji yong, he was waiting for you” his father said while crying
“Uncle she will be fine” Clea said putting his hands on tony’s father shoulder
“Sir you should rest now, I’ll call you when she woke up” I said he nodded
“Ok, thank you ji yong” he said clea patted my shoulder and they both go home to rest, I pulled a chair and sat beside tony, I held her hands.
“Baby… rest well arrasseo? Take all the time you need to healed, I’ll just be waiting and I promise to be here when you woke up” I said
Two weeks have passed and still tony haven’t woke up yet, even the doctor didn’t know what is happening to her, they did some test to her and they said she was perfectly fine and her body was accepting her new bone marrow and working properly.
“I really don’t know what is happening to my daughter now, even the doctor don’t know how to explain” her father said
“Uncle don’t worry one day tony will woke up and she will greeted us with a same smile on her face like she always have been” Clea said
“Maybe she was just taking all her time to heal, we just have to wait” I said
“Ji yong what did your president said?” Tony’s father said
“I told him that if tony will not be woke up this week, I’ll go back first to Korea. To record my album and prepare for the promotion, I just hope that when I finished all that she will awake by then, or before that” I said
“Don’t worry we will contact you as soon as she woke up” Clea said I smiled at him and look at tony
[Tony POV]
I woke up in the middle of the wide field I was under the big oak tree and a lake in front of it.
“Where was i?” I mumble I stand up and look what im wearing a beautiful white dress flowing down to my knee
“Did you sleep well?” I voice from behind said I turn around and my eyes widen
“Mommy!” I yelled and run to him and cry on her shoulder “Mom, I miss you so much!” I said
“Me too Tony I miss you to sweet heart” she said hugging me tightly then he pulled from the hug and curled my hair to my ears and look at me “Look at you, your father brought you up well and beautiful” she said
“Of course I take it from you mom” I said
“Of course, let’s sit down I prepare some food come and eat” she said and we sat on the picnic blanket with load of food
“Wah! Mom you prepare all this?” I ask
“Yup! And It’s all your favorite right?” she ask I nodded he put food on my plate and we began eating while chatting.
“Uhmm mom, may I ask what is this place?” I ask
“This place is called Sanctuary. Oh well how was your father?” he ask
“Oh papa like always busy with the company…and such things flying to different country” I said and mom giggled
We talked and laughed I didn’t know how many days or weeks I have been in this place since it’s always bright, then I was playing in the lake when mom called me.
“Tony come here sweet heart” she called and I sit beside her
“What is it mom?” I said
“It’s time for you to make a decision, remember I told you this place is called sanctuary?” I nodded “This is the place where you will decide to come with me or you will go back” she said
“Go back? Why would I go back if im happy with you here” I said
“You don’t understand honey, look” she said and pointed to the pond there was I in the hospital bed beside me was my father and clea and a man but who is he?
“Is that me? But who is that guy?” I said
“He was the destined for you, you love him and he love’s love with all his heart. You were his life close your eyes and feel the beat of your heart” mom said I did what he said and feel my heart just then I heard a familiar tune… a tune that makes my heart beat faster… just then memories flooded the moment I run away from our house, fly to different country until I fall to japan, and meet Ji yong and the rest of BigBang then I went to Korea with Clea and worked at YG, all the fights I had with ji yong and how we fall in love to the moment my illness came back and I leave korea, and I went back in france and the moment ji yong was taking care of me until the moment I close my eyes for the operation. I open my eyes as tears was flowing
“Did you remember now?” mom ask I nodded “Well it’s time for you to decide, you can choose anything honey, if you come with me you no longer felt pain and be happy with me, but you choose to go back you live your life the way it should be” she said
“Mom as much as I love to be with you, maybe not now maybe someday… but not now. I want to go back to ji yong I promised him that i will comeback for him, I love him so much mom I don’t want to lose him” I said mom smiled at me and hug me
“Then what are you waiting for, go back and be happy. Just always remember I will always be watching you. I love you very much Tony…” she said
“I love you too mom…” I said and everything goes black…
[GD POV]
One week has passed and Tony hasn’t been waking up I packed for my things and get ready to back to seoul, I walked to her side.
“Baby im going to gone for a while ok, but I promised to come back for you… will you wait for me?” I said “Please woke up… Please…” I said and kiss her forehead
“Ji yong time to go” Clea peek from the door I nodded and look at tony one more time
“I’ll be going now, be well my sleeping beuty” I said and kiss her on the lips and grab my bag and went out.
[NO ONE POV]
It’s been one week since ji yong left and he was always calling to check on Tony and still there is no progress, one night Clea and Tony’s father was watching her, they were talking when the life machine of tony start to beep…
Beep….beep…beep…
“What is happening?” Tony’s father said clea burst outside to call the doctor while Tony’s father held her hand “Tony Sweet heart, don’t leave papa ok, hold on honey” he said holding Tony’s hand then the doctor came and clea hold tony’s father so that the doctor can examine tony.
“Nurse checks the vital sign, prepare the ” the doctor said “pulse?”
“Low rate doctor” the nurse said
“Ok Nurse, “
“Clear” the doctor yelled and no response from you, your life line slowly went to straight line “Clear” the doctor yelled again still no response “Clear” he done it again and look at your life line, it was slowly getting up
“Doctor the pulse is getting into normal” the nurse said
“Check her blood pressure and breathing” the doctor said and the nurse check on you and everything went back to normal
“Is she ok now, doctor?” Clea said
“Yes, she will be fine now” the doctor said
Just then Tony’s eyes slowly open, it was blurry Tony blinked to clear your vision, just then the nurse notice that she’s opening your eyes
“Doctor she’s awake now”
Tony’s father and clea rush to her side “Tony honey you’re awake, oh thank god” Her father said the doctor examine her one more time.
“Miss Sphinx do you see me?” the doctor said she nodded “Do you feel any pain right now?” she shook your head
“Excuse me, Who are you?” Tony ask to her father who’s holding her hands, his father’s eyes widen and clea too
“Tony it’s me clea do you remember?” Clea ask
“No” tony simply said her face was expressionless
“Doctor what is happening to her?” Her father ask
“I think she is suffering from short term memory lost, but don’t worry it was just the effect of her long coma she will eventually remember things slowly bit by bit, just let it flow naturally and don’t force her and don’t stress her” the doctor said
Tony’s father and Clea look at you as you keep on staring on the window…
[GD POV]
I been on one of my photo shot for one of my endorsement, it’s been five months since i left tony, her father barely talked to me and if I got a chance he always saying that tony was ok and hung up because he was busy, I felt like he was avoiding me even clea I can’t contact him anymore.
“Ok and that’s wrap” the photographer shout
“Thank you, good job everyone” I said and bow to every staff and I went to my dressing room
“Ji yong tomorrow you have a fan signing event arrasseo?” my manager said
“Yes” I said and check my phone, but no text or call from her father or clea. After that I went to my apartment and went sleep.
Next morning I woke up early and for my fan signing event, after getting ready I meet my manager at the van and we drive off to the event, many fans were in line and im very thankful to them. The event start and one by one I meet my adorable fans [a/n of course that’s us VIP’s!!! kekekeke ^0^] smiling and shook their hands was really nothing just seeing their happy faces im happy with that.
“Name please?” I said to the next one who I didn’t see much of her face
“Tony Sphinx…” she said my hands and my whole body froze, I slowly look up and there she was standing in front of me, the girl that I’ve been longing for smiling in front of me…
“Tony…” I mumble….
