Chapter 11   “Miss, are you okay?”   I sigh in relief. Whoever caught me is an angel. I open my eyes to see familiar eyes. Eyes that I never thought I would see again. Eyes that I never wanted to see. Eyes that haunted me everytime I tried to sleep. Eyes, his big, round eyes. His eyes, I longed for them for the longest time. They were still the same. But, my love for him disappeared.   The man straightened his body up and lets go of me.   “Y-Yuri, what are you doing here?”   I can’t believe it. Why is he here? Why did I have to bump into him? Why did he have to catch me? If I knew I was going to bump him, I would have willingly bruised and embarrassed myself in front of the whole company.   “Choi Minho,” I muttered   He looks up and stares at me. I couldn’t take it. I couldn’t take the stares he was giving me. I couldn’t take the tears swelling up my eyes. I try to wipe them away but with no avail.   “Kwon Yuri!” A voice yelled out   Loud gasps and the shuffling of feet were heard across the lobby. I’m pretty sure the whole building shook when all the workers practically ran to see why the great Kris Wu would call out some random chick’s name.   I turn to see him walking towards me. This is not going to be good. Should I run away or pretend to faint?   “Kwon Yuri,” he repeated as soon as he was near me.   Gosh, can this man shut his mouth. Doesn’t he know that we are in a public place? And besides, I don’t want anyone knowing my name.   “Kwon Yuri, we need to talk.”   I look at him in confusion.   “What are you talking about?” I asked   “Did you already forget what happened upstairs?”   Gasps were heard again.   “Oh my gosh, what happened upstairs?”   “Are they dating?”   “OMG! Who does she think she is?”   “Is she pregnant with his baby?”   “It looks like it. She’s hot, though.”   “Boss would kill you. Don’t touch his woman.”   Okay, what? Dating? Pregnant with his baby? I’m hot? Don’t touch his woman? I’m the woman? Wow, that escalated quickly. Can these people just shut up? Our business is our business. Geez, nosy much!   I turn to the man that said I was hot. Wow, a hottie himself. I wouldn’t mind him calling me a hottie any day.   “Hey, I know I’m hot, okay? And, I’m not his woman.” I said while pointing at Kris.   “Really? You’re not? Then, would you like to be my wom-“   “Quiet!” Kris yelled   Everybody immediately stopped talking and bowed their head. Okay, seriously? This man is trying to ruin my future love life.   “You,” he pointed to the hottie, “stop flirting. And, you,” he pointed to me, “we still need to ta-“   “Yuri, let’s have lunch together.” Choi Minho interrupted   The freak. He’s still here? I thought he left like 2 years ago? See what I did there. Just kidding.   I look at Minho in surprise. Did he really just ask me to have lunch with him? After everything he’s done to me?   I can feel everyone looking at us, including Kris.   “Well, Yuri, what do you think?” Minho asked   “Yuri, do you know him?” Kris interrupted I was too shocked to answer any of their questions. I look at both of them. First, to the man who broke my heart. Then, to the man I have to marry. Is the world playing a joke right now?   Instead of answering them, I decided to run away. I felt like if I stayed one more second with them, I’d die.   “Yuri!” I heard a voice call me.   I ignored it and continued running. After a few more moments, I arrived in my car. I opened the door quickly and slammed it loudly. I took a few minutes to calm myself.   Breathe, Yuri, breathe. You can do this
