Korea's Sweetheart Lee Hani lives a charmed life. The only thing not-so-charming in her world is Luhan, the boy her parents so shamelessly pair her up with. Even though her father is the esteemed entrepreneur and CEO of Lee Enterprises, Korea's pride, his biggest weakness is his youngest daughter. It doesn't take much effort for her to sidestep an unwanted marriage and soon enough, she's back on track as Gangnam's princess. 
However, tragedy befalls Lee Hani when her family is involved in a car wreck. Orphaned by her mother, father, and brother, Hani must take care of her now crippled sister and a business that is falling apart at the seams. Abandoned and alone, she loses her four reasons to smile.
