Characters

Park Jiyeon

Park Jiyeon, twenty-three years old and has an ever-so apparent chip on her shoulder. She harbors a very dark and mysterious past, and it shows in her cold and unapproachable personality. Jiyeon has buried her past, in more ways than one, but she is left quiet, closed-off and distrusting to anyone, save for her boyfriend, Baekhyun. He saved her from something so unforgiveable, so unbelievable that she is forever indebted to him. However, when her precious boyfriend gets attacked by a witheld identity... The world she worked so hard to escape from comes clawing back to haunt her.

Byun Baekhyun

The victim, Byun Baekhyun, and Jiyeon's boyfriend. He is twenty-four, and is known for his happy-go-lucky, outgoing personality. However, something is off about this boy. He harbors a very treacherous secret, and it may have finally caught up with him: his attitude along with what his life once was is completely shut down when he gets attacked by an unidentified person. Was the attack at random? Or did someone want to rain on Baekhyun's parade?

Or is the sweet boyfriend not what he seems to be?

Kim Kibum

Detective Kim Kibum. Fresh out of law school, and is a noticeable novice. When he stumbles upon a soon-to-be-crime scene, he's expected to instantly become a professional and step up. When he discovers that he has a few unbelievable , and accidental connections to Baekhyun, will he step up to the plate and hunt down a murderer?

If he does, he's got a lot on his hands, and a bigger, much more terrifying problem lying beneath it all.
