Homewrecker

Such kissable lips, Taeyeon thought as she took a glimpse at a woman who sat with her husband in the far corner table of the restaurant.

Such kissable lips yet they were already taken by a man who was obviously distracted by the young teen waitresses that passed, thigh high skirts allowing much skin to show.

Taeyeon had to admit that it was a shame for a woman with lovely complexion to be ignored by a selfish so-called "gentleman". She would beg the differ if someone ever  told her the man was of high class just because of his silk tie and silver, diamond watch.

Appearance of a man; personality of a dog.

Since it was clear to her that the man wasn't going to bother defending his wife from any nearby peepers, Taeyeon took this time to fully stare that the woman and appreciate what the man did not.

Oh, the beauty he was missing.

She couldn't see much, for the woman was facing almost away from her, but clicking her tongue as she let her eyes trail down the woman's slender neck and curves that were present in a crimson dress,  Taeyeon took another note of those red lips that she could spot just so from her angle.

Humming softly, Taeyeon then stood up and passed by their table.

Out of the corner of her eye, she could see two dark orbs, the spark in them almost twinkling. And with her observant eye, she could spot once again those lips that curved up into a small smile when she passed.

Such kissable lips.

Taeyeon needed to see them up close.

-

It seemed that the woman came to the restaurant with her husband every two weeks on a Friday night. Taeyeon had noted this after becoming accustomed to the place and started to visit every evening. Though she didn't do much but order a drink and a small plate of pasta, which really didn't suit her taste, Taeyeon came anyway,

Was she simply here just to peer on the woman that she had grown so attracted to her lips? Probably, but there was more that Taeyeon wanted than just that.

No, she was not lusting. Rather, she felt a distinct tug on the strings of her heart when she had directly glanced in the woman's eyes. It was a feeling that she hadn't felt in a long time and though it usually meant trouble, Taeyeon couldn't help but want to relive the thrill of it again.

It's been a while really.

Tucking in her button up shirt with one hand, Taeyeon used the other to pull on her collar, and fix her hair. She decided to pull her long and light auburn hair up into a low ponytail, and quickly grabbed a menu from the cart that was besides her when she spotted the couple settling down at a table.

Far, corner table again.

Walking towards the couple, she tried to stray from any workers, actual workers. Who knows what would happen if they found out that she was imposing as one of them. Would they be flattered or just offended? She did dress down a lot just for today and as one of their regulars, it was sure to be noticed that she wasn't very, well, classy today.

Taeyeon actually looked quite plain; white button up shirt with black slacks and shoes to accompany it.

Finally, Taeyeon was in front of their table and it was silent except for the ticking that came from the man's watch. She looked at the woman's direction and saw an almost bored look on her face. She placed the menus down in front of them, which they took graciously.

The woman was young. Around her early twenties.

Taeyeon smiled in accomplishment and chuckled.

She saw the woman look up in surprise. Curiosity swarmed those dark orbs and Taeyeon fought off the urge to lose herself in them.

"May I take your order?"

The man just grumbled and threw his menu back, "The usual."

Though Taeyeon had no idea what the usual was, she nodded and smiled politely, turning towards the woman who was still looking at her menu.

"And you miss?"

The woman looked upwards.

"Tiffany. Hwang Tiffany," she said suddenly.

Taeyeon was surprised at the random introduction. She raised her eyebrows as if to question why. It was her own way of expressing without really saying much to avoid sounding impolite. She didn't expect the woman to actually give an explaination though; the woman was becoming quite something else. Something pulsed throughout her body; a shiver had shot down her spine.

Tiffany simply smiled, not one with , but instead with her twinkling eyes.

"You're not our usual waitress. I figured I would give you my name just in case you were going to be the one continuing to serve us."

How lovely, thought Taeyeon as the exchange between them stretched on. How different and exciting all of this felt to her, the strings on her heart once again being pulled by this beautiful stranger.

"I'm grateful, miss Hwang Tippani."

Tiffany smiled amusingly.

Taeyeon knew it was because of her pronunciation of the foreign name.

There was more she was going to say, but the husband butted into their conversation quite rudely. He glared at Taeyeon, which was unusual for he usually didn't mind conversation between someone else and his wife.

Taeyeon had noticed.

He must've taken action this time for Taeyeon wasn't showing any skin other than her face and arms. Obviously he was disappointed to see a modest dressed waitress serving him. It made Taeyeon narrow her eyes in disgust.

To think that the only time Tiffany was given attention by him was when he wasn't busy drooling over barely covered assets of other women. It made Taeyeon angry, hands so tempted to swing at the man's handsome yet snobby face.

"Excuse me, but if you would take our order and carry on, I would appreciate it." He spat his words at her.

Really, Taeyeon didn't mind the snare. It didn't even affect her as much as she thought it should've.

Not when she was busy secretly noticing how Tiffany's sight was lingering on her face, not giving a slightest damn about her husband. The glimmering light reflected from the diamond ring on both husband and wife was ignored by all.

"Of course." Taeyeon thanked the two and began to walk away, shoulder's slumping just a bit.

She was disappointed that their conversation was short, but it was a start. If only she could get Tiffany, the attentionless wife away from the ignorant husband then Taeyeon would have much more luck striking up a chat that would make Tiffany even more interested in her.

With the way Tiffany was observing her, she figured that the discreet woman was at least a bit interested. Taeyeon would take that chance and use it to her advantage. Anything to become closer to Hwang Tiffany.

Taeyeon was not oblivious to the things people said about her. Though flattering, it wasn't her style to embrace such kindness from people who only looked at her outer skin.

There was a fast clicking of heels behind her, Taeyeon then realized, and before she could turn around, a hand was placed upon her shoulder.

She froze up.

Was she figured out?

She hoped hard that she was not. The management didn't seem to be as friendly as Taeyeon once thought after she had wittness a waiter literally scare a unruly customer out of the building.

"I'm sorry, I didn't get to tell you my order."

A smooth voice with a particular husk laced in it.

It was a voice that would never leave Taeyeon's memory as long as she was alive.

When Taeyeon turned, she was met with a eyesmiling pair of orbs that looked deep into her soul and made it's away around her heart, tangling itself in her strings. She felt her strings tightening, helplessly letting themselves get tangled.

Her breath was stolen.

Tiffany's lips up close were...they were...

Simply beautiful.

Slowly sliding her hand down Taeyeon's stunned shoulder, Tiffany had let her hand travel down the length of Taeyeon's arm and into her hand. She held it with a warm grip.

"I'd like the usual."

Once again like before, Taeyeon nodded, but this time without the smile. She was too confused at the moment, too memorized by the lone beauty that if it were ever ignored then the person be damned.

Taeyeon stood agape.

Tiffany stood amused.

"And if you'd like to know what the usual is, then please open your hands after I turn away. You're clenching your fist awfully tightly."

Her words were seductive and sensual almost, in the most pure way, if that were possible. It was also a bit playful, as if she thought that Taeyeon's actions were endearing and couldn't help but take the chance to .

It took a moment to process the woman's speech.

Taeyeon blinked and Tiffany's back was already facing her, hips swaying as she walked back to her husband.

Taeyeon was sweating.

It was unbearably hot with the collar around her neck so she pulled on it nervously. It was at that moment where Taeyeon realized there was something rough in her right hand and when she opened to see what it was, a scrape of paper was present. Her eyes scanned the object.

Gorgeous handwriting was printed on it with black ink, ballpoint pen, and there was a scribble of numbers and an address, or so Taeyeon believed it was.

Biting her lip, she wondered if it were true. Her sight was quite right wasn't it?

Glimmering back up at her, was a diamond ring that was small enough to fit on a slender finger. It had been wrapped up in by the small piece of paper so delicately.

Taeyeon must've looked like a complete idiot, standing in the middle of a busy intersection so strucked. She must be an idiot.

Because what went through her mind when she saw the ring was something that she never expected to think at such a whim. She just didn't think in such an impossible way. It was completely unreasonable and crazy, for she had only met Tiffany just now properly.

I want to marry her.

Absolutely insane she was after getting a waft of that sweet perfume Tiffany carried.

But she was too absorbed in the moment.

Taeyeon wanted to know more of Hwang Tiffany.

And to do so, Taeyeon would have to return the ring.

She had made up her mind.
