Winter in Tokyo
Description
He sipped his drink slowly and looked out the window. Snow began to fall again. He stood there for a moment, staring at the snowflakes drifting outside.
something missing.
His brow furrowed. Of course there is something missing. He knew there was something missing. It's just that he did not know what was missing. And if something missing it's important or not.
He drew a deep breath. Well, maybe it wasn't something important.
He turned back to the window and looked around the room. The large hall was already crowded. People look happy, smiling at each other, laughing, and chatting. A friend smiled and waved at him. He smiled and raised his glass.
Just at that moment he saw that person.
That person had entered the room. His eyes didn't blink, watching that person shake a few people with a grin. Strange ... He realized he could not turn away.
He saw her take a drink from the white-clothed round tables while conversing with someone standing next to her. Then that person looked up and looked across the room. Right at him.
Their eyes met, and time seemed to stop.
Weird. His brain does not know that person. He was sure he did not know that person.
But why his heart seems to say otherwise?
Why did his heart as if to say to him that he missed that person?
