Kibum is in love with Jonghyun, and Jonghyun knows it. Key has confessed to him, three times actually, but everytime he gives Jonghyun even a hint of affection, the man brushes it off and ignores the subject. Minho, Taemin, and Onew are their best friends. But there is one that doesn't accept the love Kibum feels towards his friend. It's wrong to like someone of the same . And Kibum has heard it enough. Minho loves to make fun of gays, biuals, and lesbians, not knowing how much it affects Kibum to the point where he can't feel anything and falls into a short term state of depression. Even after Key fully expresses that he is biual and in love with Kim Jonghyun, Minho does not seem to get it and laughs it off as if it is some kind of joke. He tells Key's classmates about it, making Key feel even worse, and becomes an annoying bossy bully that everyone has to put up with. Onew and Taemin accept Key's difference, but Key still feels lonely. He feels empty and unloved even after all the love Taemin and Onew shower him with. It is not the love he wants. When Jonghyun strays from thier group and distances away, Key is FRANTIC. He hides all his emotions inside of, though occassionally expressing it with Onew and Taemin. (Taemin especially)

Jonghyun thinks of Key as only his friend. And all though they hug everyday, the love Key wants is still not recieved. He wants Jonghyun to love him. To steal his First Kiss. But when your best friend, is as straight as ruler, you can't do anythign about it.
