Foreword
You've just become a new trainee at Nega Network for a new upcoming girl group.
First there's the audition in which LC9 sat in and observed. You caught Eden staring a you intensely after you finished dancing but then he quickly turned away and then at the end of your audition, after singing, J-hyo clapped uncontrollably, he even stood up and tried to get the other members to do the same.
The next week after you've moved into the dorm with the four other trainees, you all headed for the network studio to practice. You and another girl run into Eden, J-hyo, and Ao, you properly greet them even though you are both older than Ao, you turn to bow at Eden but he turns away again, but when you turn to bow to J-hyo you two bow at the same time and bump heads. You crouch down to the ground holding your head in pain, J-hyo bends down rubbing his head and asks if you're okay. Ao quickly joins you two ground on the ground frantically asking if you have concussions. You and J-hyo look at each other and just laugh, Ao asks what's so funny, and then the other female trainee starts laughing too. Ao puffs out his cheeks and starts to pout bc he knows he is being made fun of, but then Eden grabs J-hyo and Ao's arms, telling them they're suppose to be heading to the practice room and drags them away. Both J-hyo and Ao wave goodbye to you two as Eden pulls them down the hallway towards their practice room.
For the next couple of weeks, every time you see Eden, even when he's with the other members, he always turns away from you and is in a hurry to get away. One day you see J-hyo by himself in the hallway and you decide to ask him, "J-hyo saembae, what's wrong with Eden? Does he not like me?' J-hyo thinks about it for a minute and finally says, 'No, but I know why he's avoiding you.' So there is a reason for his weird behavior. 'Why is he avoiding me?', I ask, trying to dig and hoping that J-hyo will tell me the real reason or at least give me a hint. J-hyo just smiles real big and says, 'I can't tell yooooou~' as he skips away down the hall.
The next day you volunteer to head down the road to a cafe to get everyone coffee or tea for lunch. When you get there, Eden is in the middle of eating lunch by himself. You place you order and its going to be a few minutes so you go over, sit down across from Eden, starling him, and ask, 'do you hate me or something? Why do you always look so annoyed or disgusted when you see me?' I knew I was being blunt and I could tell he was caught off guard, but that was no excuse for him to just sit there with a helpless look on his face. He kept opening his mouth as if he was going to answer me, but then he'd stop himself and look away. The girl at the counter called my name so I went up to the counter, got the coffee and teas, and on my way out I stopped next to Eden's table, 'if I annoy you, I'm sorry, but you don't have to worry about it anymore, I'll stay out of your sight,' and then I walked out the door.
After practice was over later that night, I told the other girls to go ahead back to the dorm without me because I wanted to take a walk. On the way out I passed J-hyo who saw me and quickly stopped me, 'where are you going? It's pretty late, you shouldn't go out alone, do you want me to walk you back to your dorm?' J-hyo knew something was up but not even I knew what was wrong with me, 'I'm fine, I'm just going to go for a walk, I'll be fine, I won't stay out that late.' J-hyo looked concerned but then he let me go telling me, 'Okay! Have a nice walk.' How strange, why did he suddenly change his mind?
I walked to a park that was a couple of blocks away and sat on the swings. I sat there for what seemed like hours and eventually i started swinging, going higher and higher. But then, all of sudden, I heard someone yelling my name and foot steps running down the street towards the park. I stopped swinging and as the foot steps got closer and louder I stood up, not knowing what was going to happen when suddenly Eden comes running down the street completely out of breath. 'Eden?!? What are you doing here?' I was shocked. Of all the people I thought would have come to find me, I never would have thought of Eden. He just stood there, breathing heavily, 'What do you mean what am I doing here? J-hyo told me you ran away so I came looking for you.' What? What was he talking about? I didn't understand and why would Eden care if I ran away? 'Even if that was true, why would you care if I ran away? You don't even like me.' Eden stared at me for a few seconds and he said, 'You're right, I don't like you.' I knew it was true but he didn't have to say it out loud or admit to it. Then all of a sudden Eden started walking towards me and at a fast pace and when he got to me he grabbed my face and repeated, 'You're right, I don't like you, I always felt awkward around you, ever since your audition. I wasn't sure how to approach you and everytime I tried to talk to you I would get so nervous that nothing would come out. I finally realized when j-hyo told me you had run away, it wasn't that I didn't like, but that I realized . . . I love you.'
And then he kissed me. I was shocked but it felt right, so I slowly closed my eyes and kissed him back. 'I love you too.' He put his arms around my waist, our faces were so close, and then he smiled at me and said, 'I'm going to kill J-hyo when we get back.'
