Friendship

     Six years had passed since this day. And Yina surely didn’t expect to be still in this town. But, in reality, she hadn’t expected a lot of things… For example, she hadn’t foreseen that she would become friend with a werewolf pack…

*FLASHBACK*

          ...She hadn’t seen a tall figure following her and it was only when it sat on the floor beside her that she realized she wasn’t alone...

- He didn’t want to scare you, you know, but Kris can be quite straightforward and impressive…

- Impressive? He is frightening as hell, he is tall and doesn’t smile and…

- Exactly like… me?

- Yes I guess, even though I don’t even know you… But there is something even icier in his features and way of behaving than in yours…

- I’m Tao… And we’ve met before…

- Yes according to Kris we’ve met… I’m Yina…

- Yes I know… You’ve signed…

The young man had taken out a drawing of his bag. The drawing of the wolf she remembered to have done… She realized that all she remembered hadn’t been a dream. She really had met a werewolf… In fact it was the boy standing right beside her…

- So you really are a…

- Yes… But please don’t talk about it in here…

- Ok I won’t name it but I want answers…

- I’ll try to give them to you, what do you want to know?

- Why didn’t you attack me?

- When we are born werewolves we have two paths possible: either our mother don’t care about us and we become quite savage, and in this case we are more likely to attack people… Or we are “raised” by our mothers even as wolf and we do have a certain command on ourselves… For example we can change even though it’s not a full moon time or… We can choose not to attack people…

- But why did you protect me when the leader of your group, I guess it was Kris, tried to attack me?

- Well… First you have to know that Kris had a feeling you were intelligent and have understood it all… He just wanted to protect us, to protect his friends, to protect his brothers… So that why he wanted to attack you… I’m usually quite a solitary and I’ve seen you escaping your house and everybody in it this summer so I knew you were like me in a way and so you wouldn’t talk about it to anybody… That’s a start and… I also have seen you art… And I really like what you draw.

- I’m not an artist; I’m very far from it!

- No… But you are working your way through it! And I like your dedication to your passion… Listen… I’ve talked about you to the others and they have understood my point of view, even Kris… You should agree on meeting them if you promise not to reveal what we are to everybody…

- Why would I tell everybody something like this? Half of this town doesn’t believe in werewolves… And the other half would think I’m crazy and wouldn’t have survived if I’ve met a werewolf…! That’s pure logic and I would just react like them!

- I’ll take that as a yes… meet me at the school portal at the end of the day and we will meet the others…

*END OF FLASHBACK*

- You seems to be quite lost in your thoughts Yina, what’s happening? Asked LuHan

- Nothing Lu… I was just thinking about the day we first met… And how things have changed since then…

- You know, you didn’t have to stay in this town for us… You could have left…

- I couldn’t have left all of you behind. I couldn’t have left my friends… And I was already reluctant about leaving nature behind… I wouldn’t have made it one month in a huge town…

- I’m sure you would have, you’re stronger than what you’re giving yourself credit for you know… Said Chen while looking at his friend…

-But anyway, here we go for another year in this university…

- You know… We haven’t told you but… Some of our cousins will be coming here this year… Added Lay.

- Yes! I’m sure you’ll like SeHun, he is so cute! Smiled LuHan.

- I sure will… How many are they? Asked Yina.

- They’re six, just like us… And they are as cool as we are you know…

Xiumin was trying to reassure her. He was always the understanding friend she had known for years…
Yina smiled to him.

- I’m sure they are… Sorry but I have to go right now to my first class otherwise I’ll be terribly late…

- See you later, chorused the six boys

Soooo I'm not very happy about the end of the chapter but I didn't know how to do that otherwise so I guess It'll be that... I feel the end will be rushed I have to developp my ideas before writing so that's all for today...
