Chapter 1: it's quite the opposite in my situation
im the eldest out 3 and im compared to my brother since he's the kind of genius kid where he can play games while maintaining a 90+ grade on his cards; to my sister cos she's "more fashionable ad open to ideas"... she's only 10 :/
while im that child that supplies my parents unending disappointment cos i dont have constant line of 9's on my card, mostly 8's and im very addcited to kpop where i cling onto for my happiness...

Chapter 1: I'm the oldest sibling (out of three) and for me it was always, "why can't you be like your brother? He's so smart" or "why can't you be like your sister? She's going to make a name for herself one of these days" I don't hate my siblings, but when we all moved away I was seriously happy when I didn't have to see them 24/7. I lost touch with my sister but my baby brother and I stay in touch. Even though I'm the oldest I always lived in my siblings shadow though it was more my brother's shadow, he was in all ap and pre-ap classes in both middle and high school. I thought I finally had something over them when I started taking Chinese in school but when my siblings entered high school they also took it and I seriously wanted to scream, sure they took it because their "sissy" was in it so they always had help but still my family only saw the high grades my brother got (which were still lower than mine in that one class) and the never give up attitude my sister had. It took a mental breakdown and a transfer of schools before my parents even realized I was having problems in school... gotta love those sibling shadows.
