Time passes. I sit alone watching the bright ball slowly set across the sea making many bright flashes of yellow and orange around me, the beams so powerful they are mesmerising. I am fixed on the suns rays as I get tapped on the shoulder, I jump with shock but not a bad shock, sort of a happy shock. I look up to see a tall dark figure stand over me, could it be? 

"May I join you?" Said the mysterious person, his voice so soft it made my tummy fill with butterflies. I knew that voice anywhere, even in a crowded, noisy room it stood out. It was, it was him ... 

"Sure sit down" as I gestured to sit down next to me. 

"I thought I would come and find you, I couldn't see you at the party and I didn't want you getting into any trouble" he said gently

"I'm fine, just watching the sun set"

As we sat there watching the sun set he took hold of my hand in his, soft hands with a friendly and gentle touch which gave me goosebumps all over. 

 

Just one touch was all that was needed ...
