Siwon and Ryeowook exchange presents on their first anniversary.

Foreword

(For PowerfulSunrise~ Thank you so much for your patience, I hope you enjoy it<3)

Siwon hugged the pillow close to him, the sun shining through the open window and warming his smooth skin. He felt the soft breeze just rustling his hair and he felt as though he was in heaven.
He opened his eyes as he heard the door opening, and saw Ryeowook tiptoeing in with a tray. Realising that his boyfriend thought that he was asleep, he closed his eyes and pretended so that Wook wouldn't feel silly.

He felt the soft breath on his cheek, and warm lips pressed against his own.
"Good morning" Wook whispered softly.
"Good morning" he replied, kissing back.
"I made us breakast, do you want some?" The younger boy gestured to the tray on the bedside table. There were jugs of juice and plates with artistically placed food on the pretty tray. Siwon smiled, he could never cook like that.
"Of course I do. Thank you."

He sat upright as Wook handed him a plate of hot breakfast. They ate it together, feeding each other small mouthfuls as they rested on the warm blankets. Wook nuzzled into Siwon's side, kissing the older boy's chest with soft butterfly kisses.
"Breakfast was wonderful. The last time I made you breakfast in bed it was toast." Siwon laughed lightly at the memory.
"You burned it as well.." Wook smiled at his boyfriend teasingly.
The older boy pretended to cry. "I worked so hard on that, you meanie."
Wook moved the plates, and sat on Siwon's lap, kissing the older boy as he put his hands on his chest. "You know I love you."
"I love you too."

"Can we give presents now? I really want to, if you're ready."
"Of course we can Wookie."

Siwon reached beneath the bed for his tiny present, and Wook did the same. Hiding the presents from each other, Ryeowook went first and gave the neatly wrapped box to his boyfriend. Siwon looked carefully at the perfect wrapping paper, the matching colours, and the beautiful bow on top of the box. He felt a little guilty as he thought of his own present behind him, the plain red box. But, he reminded himself, it's what's inside that counts.

He slowly and carefully opened the beautiful box in front of him, and gasped at the contents. Nestled inside the soft pink packaging were two flight tickets. The dates read for tomorrow, but the destinations were hidden by a strip of tape.
"Wook, where are we going?"
"You'll have to wait and see." Ryeowook looked nervous but excited. "I made sure that your diary was empty for a week, you won't be missing anything."
Siwon laughed in pure delight. "Even if I had it full with schedules I would still be going with you. A holiday? It's perfect!"
Looking deeper into the packaging, he saw a small torch. He picked it up carefully and looked curiously at Wook.
"It's a clue to our destination." The younger boy winked and then laughed as Siwon's eyes and mouth opened wide.
"We're going to that place aren't we?! The one I saw in the brochure."
"I'm not saying anything Siwon.."
Siwon squirmed around on the bed in excitement. "It is isn't it?! Oh wow!"
He kissed Wook properly, holding the smaller man close.

Siwon remembered when he had come running through the door of the dorm, holding the glossy brochure in his hand. He had it eagerly into everyone's faces as they sat watching television.
"Go away, I'm trying to watch."
"Siwon, you're blocking the view."
"Ouch, you hit my eye!" came the disgruntled replies of the members. But Wookie had sat next to him as they looked through the brochure together.
"Adventure hiking Siwon? Doesn't that sound scary to you?...." Wook had said, his cute face scrunched up.
"It's not scary! It's thrilling, like Indiana Jones! Won't it be an adventure?"

Wook had looked nervous and unsure about the idea, feeling scared about the hiking and the camping. So Siwon had never been more shocked and excited in his life than when he had seen the tickets in the pretty box. Wook had put aside his fears to give Siwon the holiday of his dreams, and the two pieces of paper were full of love.
He held them close to his chest, the thick paper.
"You love those tickets more than you love me" Wook joked, laughing happily.

The younger boy thought back to when he had been deciding which present to get for Siwon. He had walked through the town with Zhoumi for hours, trying to decide on something which would truly show his love and appreciation for the boy and for the year that they had been together. Wook had never had an anniversary before, so he was nervous and wanted to do it right.
It wasn't their wedding anniversary, but Wook hoped that it could be in the future. Walking dreamily through town, hearing the wedding bells in his mind, he was barely concentrating on shopping.
He had been brought back to earth by Zhoumi complaining about walking. "It's like a hike" the man had said, and that's when Ryeowook had remembered the brochure and Siwon's happy face. His mind was made up on the spot, and he had dragged Zhoumi to the travel agency.

And now, sitting next to his overjoyed boyfriend, he hugged Siwon tightly and rested against the strong chest, hearing the boy's heartbeat and smiling at the excited pulse.

Siwon sat him upright again, and made him close his eyes to recieve his present.

"Alright, you can open your eyes now." Siwon's voice trembled slightly, and Wook wondered why as he slowly removed his hands from his face.
Tears pooled in his eyes as he saw Siwon kneeling on the floor, a tiny box held out in his hand. Inside the box was a tiny ring, small and slim, just like Ryeowook himself.
Gasping softly, he realised that it was the exact ring that he had pointed out when they had walked past a jewellers last month.

They had been walking and talking together, and Siwon had steered the conversation towards weddings and proposals. Wook had thought nothing of it at the time, just conversation.
When they had walked past the jewellers window, Siwon had casually asked Wook to pick the perfect ring.
After searching for a moment, Wook had spotted the slim silver ring near the back, and pointed it out to his boyfriend. Although he hadn't mentioned the ring for the rest of the day, Wook had gone to sleep that night with the feeling of the silver circle around his finger.

Ryeowook was brought back from his memory by the feeling of Siwon slipping the diamond ring onto his finger. It fit perfectly, and Wook couldn't hold his tears any longer.
"I love you forever, Ryeowook. Will you be mine?"
Ryeowook nodded and managed to hold back his tears long enough to whisper a "yes" as they held each other close and kissed again. The kiss was long and loving, with no sense of rush. They were just enjoying being together, and the feeling of the other.

As Wook thought about their pre-packed suitcases, he knew that the holiday would be beautiful.
And he couldn't wait for the next anniversary.
