My mother is the only person left as my closest family, you could say. I had no siblings, my father was gone and all my relatives just disappeared? I was sent to a special school from a young age until they found out that I was a gifted child. I begged my mother to let me home school because I didn't want to rely on the helpers there at school. Why? It makes me feel like I cannot take care of myself and I have to rely on others. I had to learn how to be independent and that was when I went out on my own, to either the nearby park or just below the blocks. I had many questions in my head. Why was I chosen to be one that was blind? Born with eyes that had to be taken out after? Why must I be blind? I asked mother once and she said that God had planned everything for me.
