When i turned and its actually Ricky and CAP surprising me from the back . But then you know how was my reaction ? I shouted in high pitched and banged into someone from the front . I didn't really see who i banged but i was hugging that person in a very scared way =='' . Its obvious that i hate people going mad :/ . The person i hugged suddenly tap my head softly like a lil' kid .

 

"There , there" the voice suddenly appear from above of my head which sounds like a guy . So i let the guy go from hugging and i was shocked after i see that person :O 

 

"Sunbae ?! I thought you were mad?" i asked in all of a sudden when i am still in a shock that it was Donghyun sunbaenim o.o''

 

"Wae waeyo wae" Donghyun sunbae stole my favourite line =='' . 

 

"Yah , that's my line!" i said while fighting back at him childishly xD . 

 

"Aishhh" Donghyun sunbae found dumped =='' xDDD 

 

"Sunbae , i thought you were ......" i asked sunbaenim in all of a sudden and i lagged . 

 

"You mean just now ? I was mad ?" Donghyun sunbae was asking to make it clear while smirking with his cuteness ><" . 

 

"Kuraeyo , Niel eodiyo ?" i asked different question to make it out of topic =='' 

 

"Hmm , mullayo " Donghyun sunbae answered with his shoulders up and down 

 

"You know something about just now ?" Donghyun sunbae suddenly rewind back about the past 15 minutes things in the cafe .

 

"Sunbaenim , i don't wanna talk about it , you know i hate people going mad so just .... shhhh !" i answered sunbae in a kinda weird way and the last part was kinda funny xD . Ricky and CAP laughed in all of a sudden and another voice which is really really familiar =='' . So i turned back and see , Niel was there between Ricky and CAP laughing at me like a found dumped :/


"Ah wae wae wae ? Waeyo ?" i asked while standing between Donghyun sunbae and Niel , Ricky , CAP with an innocent face looking left and right which is where they are . 

 

"Yah saengie , you really don't know why are we laughing huh ?" Donghyun sunbaenim suddenly laughed softly while putting patting my head lightly like a kid did a good work =='' / 

 

"Mwol ? mwol ?" i asked with a face pretend to be angry with my both hands crossed . Suddenly Niel ran to my back and tapped my shoulders with both of his hands locked together while looking at me with a very exciting face .

 

"Yah Rachel ~ah , you've just got pranked by all of us in one time :'D" Niel told me about it while looking at me and smiling at me cutely . 

 

After i knew about what are they hiding behind me , i was dumped founded T^T . I covered my face with both of my palm and facing down at the floor while shaking my head in a really unbelievable way :'O . 

 

"Jaesonghamnida" Niel whispered to my ears and its kinda loud ==''. Everyone heard about it while laughing xD . Then i looked at him while uncover my face . 

 

"Arraso arraso , you guys better don't do that again" i said while pretending to be angry with my hand crossed together xD . While Niel is still tapping my shoulders with his one arm but this time , he stand beside me not behind me . 

 

"Algesumnidaaaaa ! (Okay / Understand)" Donghyun sunbae answer me while pulling those words longer and taping my head lightly like a kid x) . 

 

"Arraso , let's go in now :D " Ricky said in all of a sudden because started to worried if there is some customers will be in without a single waitress or maybe Barista coffee ? xD 

 

Barista means the person who make coffee like us :D . 

 

Well , all of us switch position always xD . Like if i be the cashier today , tomorrow Niel will be then others ^^ . Its just like taking turns :3 . We never stay still in our own work position , but Donghyun sunbae allowed us to do that too ^^ . Actually , sometimes he help us , sometimes not xD . Because busy in the kitchen washing does dishes :p . 

 

When we got in , Niel went with Ricky and CAP . Donghyun sunbae was in front of me walking towards coffee counter which is opposite the cashier . 

 

"Sunbaenim , Amber won't be coming for work today . Sorry for her attitude like this :(" i told him while bowing at him for forgiveness just because of Amber =='' . 

 

"Ah kwaenchana , its not a big deal . She texted me already this morning ^^" Donghyun sunbae answered me while showing his phone with Amber's text on it . And i was totally shocked while thinking 'How can Amber get sunbaenim's number , even i don't have his number , how can she have his ? o.o ' . 

 

"Eo...eotteoke ? How do you know her number ?" i asked while getting shocked about it . 

 

"Ahh , Amber asked me for my number once , when you were busy working and Amber was with me in the kitchen doing nothing xD . And she gave me your number too " Donghyun sunbae answered while smiling at me x)

"Ahh jeongmalyo ? No wonder i didn't see you and Amber that day xD " i laughed softly while answering him . 

 

"I think i should give you a miss call , so you can save my number ^^" Donghyun sunbae answered while his phone is dialing my number from his contact list :) .

 

Sometimes , i think he is silly xD , we can just save the number by talking its not important to call or maybe miss call right ? ;D . He is funny to me alright ^^ , he cheer people up easily , he's almost the same as Young Min Oppa ^^ . 

 

Suddenly my phone rang , and i didn't put it in silence o.o'' , i looked at Donghyun sunbae who is smiling at me while hanging up the phone . 

 

"There you go , that's my number ^^ , any emergency just call :)" Donghyun sunbae told me kindly while smiling with his cheerful smile :D .

"Arraso sunbaenim ^^" i answered sunbae politely ^^ . 

 

Then he went somewhere i don't know where =='' , i didn't even realize because i was saving his number to my contact . I got blank while looking at the wide space of cafe which is full of chairs and table with menu on the table . Wait ! I never even seen the menu before , so i walked to the nearby table and take the menu to see what did they order beside coffee and tea . Niel suddenly stand beside me , i looked at him and give him a smile of mine :) . So i flipped the thick page of the menu , well , the menu is really really classical xD . 

 

Suddenly , i got shocked while seeing what did they order beside coffee and tea . They got sandwich , pancakes , cakes and waffle with ice cream scoops . I looked at Niel awkward with a really innocent face , Niel giggled softly .

 

"Yah , waeyo ?" Niel asked me in all of a sudden while continue looking at the menu like he never seen it before too =='' . 

 

"Igeo . Wae nan mullayo ? (This , why i don't know ?)" i looked at him while pointing at the menu which is full with Waffle with ice cream scoops , Pancakes , Cakes and Sandwich . 

 

"Ahh , igeo ? This is me , Ricky and CAP's job , since we are quiet long here being a barista , we hand our position to you and Amber and we control other positions ^^ . And of course sometimes be a barista" Niel answered whatever he see what am i pointing at but not my questions . But actually i wanted to asked those too , but he answered so don't need to ask anymore xD . 

 

"Ah jinjayo ? I wanna try too , it must be fun ^^" i answered him in a very very exciting way ^^ . Because i never try before so i want to have an experience about it :) . 

 

"Arraso ^^ , how about today i'll teach you ? :)" Niel asked me while smiling cutely . 

 

"Hajiman , i am being a barista for today :(" i answered him with an upset face on . But its true , today Amber is absent , so i think CAP will be in charge for the cashier . 

 

"Kwaenchana , less people order this ^^ . And also , CAP is in charge for the cashier today , so we short of one person ^^ . Maybe you can replace him for today ? ^^" Niel know everything about the customers' taste . They came to the cafe its just for coffee and tea , not for waffle and other things . They rarely order those kind of things because they also wanna go home and spend time with their family ^^ . 

 

"Will CAP allowed me to replace him for today ? I think it might not be a good idea replacing him :/ " I told him while looking at CAP sitting at the cashier listening to music from his phone . 

 

" I'll try to ask him okay ?" Niel said while keep calm ^^ . 

 

"Arraso ^^" i answered while smiling at him :)) . 

 

So then , Niel doesn't know what to do while the customers have not arrive , i put back the menu book the way it was properly and sharp :) . Suddenly , Niel grab my hand and say "Kajja" while smiling and walking towards CAP . CAP doesn't realize anything because he was enjoying the music with his eyes close xD 

 

"Hyung~" Niel called CAP in a very calm way , luckily he knows how to control his attitude =='' . Usually he doesn't know how to control his attitude when he got excited about something xD , but seriously this time he did a good job :) 

 

CAP can't hear that Niel is calling him , he just continue listening to his music with his own sweet time xD . 

 

"Hyungnim" Niel said while still calming down xD , but then CAP never respond any single thing . I shake my hand which was Niel holding it softly , then Niel looked me awkwardly 

 

"Niel , kwaenchana , afterwards he got mad ><" i whispered softly looking at him with an innocent face . 

 

"Anio , jinja jinja kwaenchana" Niel said while he really don't mind by disturbing his hyung =='' . 

 

"Hyung !" Niel said while he really can't stand because CAP doesn't even know that Niel was in front of him . This time , Niel really can't stand anymore ><" . He goes nearer to CAP and letting go of my hand , but at the exact time i know that he is going to make a move which is not a really good feeling about it , so i just hold his palm hand right away .

 

Because i think its really not a good idea doing that . After i hold his palm , he got shocked and looked at me with a very very cute face of his :3 . Even thought my heart melt on the inside because of his cuteness , but still i can't let him do this . 

 

"Andwae , andwae . Jebal .... jinjayo ... Kwaenchanaaa . Jeballl" i told him and looked at him with an innocent face of mine while still holding his palm and begging him at the same time . Suddenly , he looked at my hand which is holding his palm , then i straight away let go of his palm .

 

He smirked then got in front of me . Out of the box , sudddenly he place his palm on my cheek . Then he say "Don't worry , nothing's bad gonna happen about it . If there is , i won't be your friend anymore" while smiling with all his heart at me . :') 

 

"Arraso , yaksohae ? (Promise ?)" i told him while handing out my pinky finger . 

 

"Yaksoo" he promised me while putting his palm down from my cheek ^^ . 

 

Well , he is a sweet , funny , cute and cheerful guy alright ^^ . But still , Young Min Oppa is the best :'D . 

 

Niel got back in front of CAP and called him again "Hyung ! hyung !" . Niel called CAP twice , but still CAP didn't heard what Niel said . By then , Niel got nearer to CAP and took out the left side of his headset . CAP have a really big responds after what Niel did , and he got kinda pissed off :/ , then i hide behind Niel . 

 

"Yah ! Nuguya ?! Who did this ?!" CAP got really pissed off and stands up from the chair from the cashier . But in the end , he found out that its only Niel and me , hiding behind Niel because i was too scared . 

 

"Ahh , its just you two . Anyways , Rachel , what are you doing behind Niel ?" CAP said while started to calm down a lot than just now , then he laughed because i was hiding behind Niel . 

 

"Nothing , she just got shocked because you got pissed of for a while just now" Niel answered CAP with a smile on his face , so i was like 'Whats so funny about me hiding behind Niel ?' . Weird right ? :P 

 

"Jaesonghamnida ^^" CAP said while apologizing to me politely :) . He's a kind guy ^^ 

 

"Kwaenchanayo " i said while standing beside Niel and smiling back at him . 

 

"Oh yeah , Hyung . Would you mind if Rachel will replace your position for today ?  Because she wanna learn something new ^^" Niel told CAP while suddenly tapping my shoulders with one of his hand ^//^ 

 

"Ahh , i found something cheeky about this xD" CAP said while laughing in all of a sudden . 

 

"Hyung , jebal malhajima T^T (Please don't tell her)" Niel said with a sad face of his . 

 

"Arrasoyo , kurom ^^" CAP said the good news about it while smiling at me :) 

 

"Jinjayo hyung ? You allowed her ?!" Niel said with his heart pumped in a very exciting way , and yes , his unacceptable attitude is starting =='' 

 

"Jinjayo , CAP ?" i got excited while trying to double check with him whether he allows me or not .

 

"Ne , jinjayo ^^" CAP told the both of us politely with a gentle smile on his face ^^ 

 

"Gomawoyo :))" me and Niel said at the same time together . Then we looked at each other and laughed because its kinda weird xD . Even CAP laughed too ^^ . 

 

In all of a sudden , 5 customers come at the same time while chit chatting with their friends . 2 customers from the 5 of it came alone :/ . It's like no one wants to company them for coffee , i pity them a lot :( . 

 

But then , we have to start working then ^^ . Today is Ricky's job to be the waitress alright ^^ since that Amber wasn't here , he forced to work by himself . But i think between the times when Donghyun sunbae will help Ricky with his work ^^ , Sunbae never leaves his staff working alone :) . 

 

So then , all of us started moving , Ricky started moving to the customers and take their orders . Suddenly , i saw Donghyun sunbae coming out from the kitchen and straight away take the customers order with Ricky at the same time ^^ .

 

I walked quickly to the coffee counter while getting ready to serve the customers with my arts and coffee taste :D . When i got all the orders from Donghyun sunbae and Ricky , i got all which is coffee and coffee and coffee and coffee . Non one of them order other things than coffee , Niel ran to me in a very fast motion of his , then he say "Well , what are you waiting for ? Let's start ^^"  with a really strong energy of his cheering for me :/ 

 

"Alone ? It might be taking a while ://" i said with a worried face of mine and started to prepare the cups and the machine is on for cappuccino , latte , espresso and others . Well , not really all of them using machine =='' . Only some =='' . I checked all the list of orders by the customers , and i got shocked . 

 

"Soulma ! (Impossible)" i said while getting shocked you know ? Well actually .... nothing big deal . Its just someone ordered a ICE COFFEE which i doesn't know how to do :/ . 

 

"Waeyo ?" Niel looked at me awkwardly and took the list of order by one of the customer . 

 

"Ahh , Ice coffee " Niel said while smirking cutely at me and holding the list on his hand 

 

"Eotteoke ?" I asked in all of a sudden while looking at him with a scared face of mine . 

 

"Kwaenchana , i handle this while you handle the others okay ? :)" Niel said while trying to relieve my heart . But then he really relieved my heart a lot =='' , i rarely got orders which i doesn't know anything about it xD . 

 

So i made every single orders that the customers want . But today , i make it more special for them ^^ . I made this special idea ^^ , i put some cocoa powder or maybe few cubes of chocolate since that Donghyun sunbae have a bunch of it without even using it o.o'' . Well , I put the cocoa powder around the cup where we put our mouth to drink , yeah i put it around there ^^ .

New invention by Rachel xD . (LOL) 

 

After Niel made two cups of ice coffee , he help out with me with those orders left and the decoration , he leave it to me ^^ . After i finish decorating all of em' , we are done xD . Everything is settle , mission success xD . Then we rest , i thank Niel for helping me just now ^^ . 

But then he say its not a big deal , its just a small thing :D . We get to rest only about 5-7 minutes , after that more and more orders come in and out non-stop . So its hard =='' .

AFTER FINISH WORK

Well , even thought its kinda late but still i prefer to stay in the cafe helping Donghyun sunbae by cleaning the whole cafe , but not me alone , of course with Ricky , Niel and CAP . Even thought its tiring but still we have fun together ^^ . 

 

After cleaning everything , Ricky and CAP help Donghyun sunbaenim in the kitchen with the dishes . But sadly , no one order any dessert T^T , so no way for having an experience for today . Because Niel asked permission from CAP which is only today i will replace him :/ . Sad huh ? 

 

When Ricky and CAP leave to the kitchen for Donghyun sunbaenim , its just left the two of us keeping the broom sticks , mop and other things . After keeping em' all ....

 

"You're not gonna leave yet right ?" Niel suddenly asked full with curiosity and a face which is kinda sad . 

 

"Well you mean now ? No , i might be leaving the cafe late for today because Amber isn't here , so i don't need to listen to her nagging ^^" i told Niel and relieved his heart more than he relieves mine with a smile on my face :) 

 

"Yay !" Niel suddenly got happy without even telling me why =='' . 

 

"Waeyo ? Why are you so happy about it ?" i asked in all of a sudden while washing my hands . 

 

"Nothing nothing's going on " Niel said while pretending nothing is happening and he stopped being excited in all of a sudden while i was drying my hands with a cloth . 

 

"Yah , you better tell me about it or else....." i said while counting on him one by one xD 

 

"Or else what ? You're gonna punch me on the face ? :P" Niel said while sticking his tongue out 

 

"Wait , i don't do that =='' i told him like that in all of a sudden , but its true , i never punch anyone before in my whole life :O . 

 

"Exactly ! :D Kajja !" Niel said and hold my wrist while heading somewhere i don't know but still in Bright Rainbow .

 

"Yah , eodiyo ?" i said while he is pulling me , and i nearly fall down o.o'' 

 

"Its a secret ^^" Niel said while heading there as fast as he can , because you know , he always count every single second he spend =='' . 

 

After i heard what did he say , i was totally blank right after he say that . 

 

"We're here ^^" Niel said while smiling cutely x) 

 

"Chakkamanyo .... isn't that the coffee counter we been all day long ?" i said while pointing at the counter which is just in front of us :O . 

 

"Kuraeyo !" Niel said happily for a reason which i don't know =='' . 

 

"Wait a minute ! This is the counter where you make the desserts right ?" i said while still feeling kinda blank about these things =='' .

 

"Majayo ! You're smart in guessing things huh ? :D" Niel said while feeling extremely exciting for some reasons ==' . 

 

"Igeon mwol ? (What's this?)" i asked with a blank minded because i don't even know why did Niel bring me here o.o'' . 

 

"Yah , kiddo ! I'll teach you how to make desserts now ^^" Niel said while taking out one plate for preparation with an exciting feeling about it =='

"Hajiman , who's gonna eat it if we cook ? :P" i said while sticking out my tongue at him 

 

"Matta ! Why don't we just cook for sunbaenim , Ricky , CAP then us ?" Niel said while suggesting a really really good and interesting idea :D 

 

But , i felt weird and asked . 

 

"Since when did you call Donghyun , sunbaenim ?" i asked in all of a sudden because he say it was ridiculous calling him 'sunbae' =='' , while going closer to him with a face which is pretending to be mad and full with curiosity :P . 

 

"Ever since you call him sunbae " Niel said while smiling at me and got up one step in front of me and trying to be closer to me 

 

"Choa (Fine) , let's start then :P" i said while still sticking my tongue out at him xD . 

 

"Arraso" Niel said while smiling at me . But this time , he teach me how to make waffles first :D . 

 

He guided me every single thing and tought me how to use it , in which minute should i take it out . He really knows every single thing :D . But i do it by myself just that Niel tell me whatever i need to do so i just do :D . Its really awesome have fun together with him xD . 

By then , the waffle is done ! 

 

"Just left for decoration , but this time its to your own ideas , kiddo :)" Niel said while smiling at me cutely . 

 

"Decoration ?" i asked in all of a sudden , i thought its just with the chocolate topping and ice cream that's all ! 

 

"Kurom ! We have lots of lots of ingredients to use and there is plenty more in the store . That's why we use it everyday ^^" Niel said with a really funny expression of his xD . 

 

"Arrasoyo , so where are those ingredients ?" i asked while getting excited about this xD . I love the decorating part ^^ . 

 

"Down there , where you standing , open the cupboard and you'll see plenty of em :)" Niel said while smiling cutely at me and pointing at the cupboard which is at the bottom xD . 

 

When i open the cupboard , i got shocked and happy , you know why ? xD . Its a mini fridge but its wide ! AND there is more than you thought you know ? There is lots of chocolate topping , ice cream topping , cream topping , chocolate bar and a lot more than you can imagine :') . 

There is even different kind of jams ! How awesome is that ?! xD 

 

So i took out a blueberry jam , Hershey's chocolate syrup , 1 chocolate bar and i ran to the coffee counter to take the cocoa powder :D . Niel was actually about to ask what am i doing ==' , but then i think he got it what i am doing ^^ . He's smart enough to guess thing xD .

 

I took the waffle and put it on 1 plate , i put the Hershey's chocolate syrup on which is in snake type xD , then i take the blueberry jam and a teaspoon from the drawer , i scooped nicely and put it beside the waffle which there is some more space , carefully ^^ . Then i break some cubes of chocolate and put it on the right top of the waffle . 

Lastly , i put some sprinkle of cocoa powder at the end of the plate , but not around the whole plate xD . Just some part ^^ . 

 

AND its done ^^ . 

 

Niel got impressed of my decorations and idea , then he clapped his hands while saying "Paksu paksu !" loudly with a smile on his cute face :'D . At the same time , Ricky , CAP and Donghyun sunbaenim came out from the kitchen and got shocked xD . 

 

"What's happening ? :D" Donghyun sunbae asked in all of a sudden while smirking x) 

 

"Its a secret ^^" Niel said while putting his finger in front of his thick lips :D 

 

"Kuraeyo ! Sunbae , you take your sit . we have something to show you ^^" I said politely at sunbaenim , since that sunbaenim looks kinda exhausted =='' . 

 

"Arraso ^^" Donghyun sunbaenim said while taking out his apron and hang it on the wall which is behind the cashier :) 

 

"Rachel , to make pancake ... use the same ingredient as the waffles ^^" Niel whispered to my ears softly which preparing the tray to serve our boss , Donghyun sunbaenim xD .

 

"Arrasoyo ^^ , i'll try to do it as fast as possible :3" i said while putting my thumbs up :D 

 

"Ne :)" Niel said softly while preparing cutlery which is fork and knife ^^ then tissue :) . Well , spoon is not included because its waffle xD . (LOL) 

 

So then , while Niel is going to go , i finally found those frying pans which we use to make pancakes right ? Or am i wrong ? =='' . So then i took out 3 pans , and turn on the fire and put some butter on the pan and wait till it melt ^^ . So that it won't stick on the pan , that's first , secondly you will taste the rich taste of butter on pancakes (i guess xD) 

 

[ If i am not mistaken its a true for that ? :) ]

 

Then i use the exact same ingredients that we make for waffles , after i mix em' all , it will be kinda watery and peachy colour ^^ . Then i pour on the frying pans , and leave it for around 1 minute or maybe less than that each side ^^ .

 

After i finish making pancakes for Ricky , CAP and Niel each two :D . I can see that they look kinda hungry ^^ , but i didn't make it for myself because i was rushing in time to go home xD . 

So i put all back in the fridge that the things i use but not cocoa powder xD , and i took out strawberry jam , honey syrup and butter ^^ . 

 

I pour the honey syrup on top of the pancakes , but not too much , then i cut some butter in rectangular shape and place it at the center of the pancakes , i know it looks simple xD 

And i take another teaspoon from the drawer , then i put a teaspoon of jam beside each pancakes ^^ . And lastly some sprinkle of cocoa powder beside the end of the plate . 

 

When i put everything back to the fridge except the cocoa powder , i realize that they have fruits too :D . So i took 3 strawberry , and cut into 3 each ^^ . And place it where i put the cocoa powder is at ^^ . Its finally done ! ^^ , even thought its simple but it looks delicious :3 . 

 

I took out one tray which is just enough for 3 plates :D . Then i took out three pairs of fork and knife and three tissues :D , after that i went to the table where Donghyun sunbaenim and the others :) . When i was distributing to Ricky , CAP and Niel , they were totally shocked and happy at the same time ! 

 

"Kamsahamnida Rachel ~ah !" Ricky said cutely like a kid 

 

"Gomawoyo Rachel ^^"  CAP said it softly with a deep voice of his :) 

 

"Yah , jinjayo ? Jeongmal gomawoyo Rachel ahh ! " Niel said while still shocked about it xD

"Cheon Maneyo , cheon maneyo ^^" i said with full of self confident that the pancakes will taste very good , soft and nice ^^ . 

 

"Rachel~ahh ! This is amazing ! I never taste this kind of waffle which is perfectly done , PLUS the decoration and the mixture of the flavor you given which is the blueberry jam , chocolate syrup and some chocolate cubes , is like heaven !" Donghyun sunbaenim said when he really really got impressed of my first time :D 

 

"Jinjayo ?! Kamsahamnida sunbaenim !" I said while feeling really really happy about it , because it was my first time and i really did a good job about it :D 

 

Then sunbaenim continue to eat it ^^ , when i saw Ricky , CAP and Niel took their first bite , their eyes got really large and unpredictable about the flavor but i still think it will be good ^^ . 

 

"Uwaaa , this is really really amazing . Just look at the colour of the pancakes its golden and its warm ! You're a really good cook , Rachel ^^ " Ricky said while enjoying his pancakes :D 

 

"Jeongmalyo ?! I never even try it before i serve xD" i said while giggled softly and still holding the tray . 

 

"This is really really delicious ! You can't find it anywhere as warm and  as rich as this ! You'll be a successful person , Rachel :)" CAP said while explaining the taste with all of his heart , but he is honest alright ^^ . You rarely meet boys as gentlemen , as honest and as hot and cute as he is xD . 

 

"Kamsahamnida , Kamsahamnida ^^" i said while bowing around 35 degree ? xD . Its just a soft bow :)

 

When i looked at Niel , he is still chewing in his mouth . He really knows how to enjoy food huh ? xD
