More Than A Memory
Description
This story is a little different from the ones that I usually write. It took me quite a long time to complete, but I am pretty happy with it.
If you are not into sad stories of love and loss, then this is not for you. This story will make you angry, make you laugh, and possibly even make you cry.
The whole story is written in Key's POV.

Foreword
It had been one year since he left this world. It had been one year since he became something so much greater. It had been one year since he died.
I was sitting in the park, the same one that we had visited multiple times. We fought here, we laughed here, we cried here. Losing a best friend was never an easy thing to do, especially when this boy was the one that had been there for you every day since he was born.
Reminiscing on the past was always a hard thing to do for me; tears were running down my cheeks as if they were racing for first place.
“Are you okay?” a middle aged woman asked me, sitting down next to me on the bench that we used to always sit on.
“Yeah, I am fine.”
“You look like you have been crying?”
“Neh, today is the year anniversary of a death of someone that I was quite close with,” Key said, wiping the tears from his cheeks.
“Oh, I am so sorry. I once lost someone close to me too. It always helped me to talk about. Need someone to listen?” the woman smiled at me, showing her true concern over my wellness.
I contemplated the woman’s offer, but eventually surrendered to it. So I began our story:
