PROMPT#12

Character A is a teenager forced to volunteer at a hospital for the summer as a school assignment. They meet two kids, Kid A being the child of the hospital director, and Kid B being a patient in the cancer ward. The kids are inseperable, and slowly, Character A find themselves warming up to them, drawn into the world of pain, and struggle, and hope and friendship, and love.
