Go Ara

W magazine’s new fashion news assistant. Smart, but her intelligence often gets overlooked because of her pretty appearance. Just graduated from Konkuk University, she has a passion for writing and love for fashion, becoming an editor-in-chief is her lifelong dream. She likes to have everything plan out and in order, if it’s not then she starts to freak out. Fashion industry is fascinating to be in at first, but it slowly overwhelms her. As she navigates her way through, she wonders if she has chosen the right path and will she ever achieve her dream.

Yoo Ah In

Witty and carefree, but when it comes to his job, he likes to get things done quickly and efficiently. Has a sharp tongue and not afraid to speak up. Although he is just a graphic designer for the magazine, but because of her sociable personality and many years of experience, Yoo Ah In knows the fashion industry like the back of his hand, he always have a way to get into any major fashion show or party. He can come off as a nonchalant person, but he actually has a soft side.

Kim So Eun

A photographer that lives next door to Ara and Jin Yi. She has just recently moved there and is happy to find out that her neighbors are around the same age as her. She works as a freelance photographer, she is rarely home because she often goes on trips. She is actually Yoo Ah In’s hoobae in college and they even dated for a while. However, it’s not until later that she realizes she still has feeling for him.

Lee Jong Suk

A rising male model. He is Nana’s older brother and together they are often being called “The Golden Siblings”. He is close friend with Yoo Ah In. Jong Suk is confused about his ual orientation and he only confides this with Ah In and Ara. Scared to tell anyone, including his sister, because of how close-minded the society is about this matter. He is afraid he will lose popularity and his job.

Nana (Lee Jin Ah)

She is the epitome of “Cold City Woman”. The most sought-after model, popular not only in Korea also Japan. Her images can be seen anywhere, whether it’s billboard, magazine editorials, or even on soju bottle. Despite her icy aura she is actually a warm-hearted person. but she doesn’t like to show that side to most people. Although she is the younger one, but she is the more mature one and always look after her brother.

Yoon Jin Yi

Ara’s naive roommate, a pastry chef in training. She is the opposite of Ara, klutzy, spontaneous and seems to be cheerful all the time. It doesn’t take much for her to be happy. She enjoys the simplest things and always reminds Ara to stay grounded. Although she is good at baking, when it comes to cooking meals however, she is quite clueless.
