i know this is really late and all, but as the owner of this layout shop, i'd like to apologize for taking so long to complete your requests. most of you have requested at the beginning of january and half of the year is gone but yet some of you still don't have your layouts done. we sincerely apologize about this matter.

thankfully, no one has complained about our slow progress but i think that also means that some of you have forgotten about your requests. i would like to clarify if you still want your request done or if you wanted canceled.

if you are on our status list in chapter 2 and still haven't gotten a layout, please comment below or pm me whether you want to keep your request or cancel. i will give you a week; after that, i will try to contact you by pm or wall. if there is still no reply by then, i will have to automatically cancel your request.

i will keep track by using the following table and it's okay if you don't understand what it means; as long as i know, it'll be fine :D
