Andy & Solbi: March 14, 2010 Sunday

"Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Andy Lee!!!" The bride was interrupted from her thoughts by the five gorgeous men standing in front of their table, all with huge teasing grins on their faces.

"Hyungs, I'd like you to formally meet my wife, Solbi." Andy then turned to her and introduced them, "These men are like my brothers and we’ve been friends for almost twelve years now."

"Solbi-yah, welcome to the Shinhwa family!”

"Thank you, oppas." Solbi gently acknowledged with a grateful smile.

Minwoo & Sunny: June 12, 2010 Saturday

“Sorry to keep you waiting, Polly-ssi and…” A petite blond in a short pixie haircut made an appearance from out of the corner. Then she looked up and exclaimed, “Minwoo-oppa?!?”

The charismatic man narrowed his eyes to focus on the pretty smiling imp right in front of him. He couldn’t point out where exactly he’d seen her before and why she looks so damn familiar. Just then, he had a light bulb moment!

“Sunny!!!” And he saw her nod cheerfully in acknowledgement.

“Yeah, oppa! So, you still remember me?”

Hyesung & Bora: May 21, 2011 Saturday

“By the way, I brought another friend of ours with me. Bora-yah, this is Shin Hyesung. Hyesung-ah, this y lady here is Yoon Bora.”

“Nice to meet you, Bora-ssi.” Hyesung smiled politely at her once Minwoo finished the introductions.

“So, Shin Hyesung-ssi, are you in PR too, like Minwoo-oppa?”

“No need to be formal, Bora-yah. I’m sure Hyesung-ah doesn’t mind if you call him oppa, too!” The charismatic man arched a brow at the latter for confirmation.

“Well, yeah… I don’t really mind. I guess any friend of Minwoo’s is a friend of mine now, too.”

Eric & Suzy: Sept. 14, 2011 Wednesday

“Hyung, I was just about to go home for lunch… Solbi’s been waiting for me since a few minutes ago…” Andy related to the older man as he grabbed him by the arm and pulled him into the restaurant to the corner table where Suzy now sat. “But… You can have lunch with my dear dongsaeng!” He finished off with a flourish as he succeeded to present a startled Eric in front of the confused younger woman.

“Uhm…” Eric seemed shy all of a sudden; totally out of character of the hotel general manager which Andy paid no mind as he was seriously pressed for time.

“Suzy-ah, this is Eric hyung, one of my best friends. Hyung, this is my close friend, Suzy. Why don’t you have lunch together? It’s on me! I really have to go, just tell Niel or Ricky what you want; they’ll take care of you two. Annyeong!”

Dongwan & Soyou: February 2, 2012 Thursday

“By the way, I’m Soyou.”

She offered her right hand for a handshake and as he took it hesitantly, he replied, “Kim Dongwan.” Not forgetting to flash her one of his trademark greasy smiles.

“Nice to meet you, Soyou-ssi! I’m doing this for pleasure… I mean, travelling. My friend kind of forced me to go on this trip on his behalf. He had some important business to attend to and couldn’t reschedule.”

“Are you going on the 5-day Bangkok tour?”

They both took out their own copy of the tour’s pamphlet at the same time and burst out laughing.

“Oh, Hyoyeonie?!”

“Jinnie-oppa, annyeong!” Hyoyeon demurely greeted her ‘date’ before waving casually to Hyesung who was just as surprised to see her.

“Hyoyeonie, I almost didn’t recognize you! Bora didn’t tell me you were the friend she was bringing tonight.”

Kim Hyoyeon, whom the Shinhwa oppas always thought of as a darling younger sister, was all-woman in a sheer white long-sleeved top, black leather mini-skirt and black studded gladiator wedges.
