Daehyun was a confusing human being, and that was the only way you knew to describe him. Introduced in second grade when he ruined your painting in art class, it sparked a wonderful rivalship that lasted up until high school.

All the girls started fawning over every attractive male in the school, particularly Daehyun and the rest of his clique. Taking up the title of “Best, Absolute, Perfect” or B.A.P for short, the group of six friends dominated the student body in every way possible. Known for his good looks and voice that put angels to shame, Daehyun was the main object of the population’s attention. It was part of his reputation that he was a greasy flirt, but he never took a girlfriend nor took his flirting any farther.

You had hoped that with all his newfound fame, he would be busy enough to leave you alone.

Occasionally a guy would sit next to you and your limited number of friends at lunch.
