The only word that could probably describe best what is happening in
the Kids Haven Foundation is chaos. Absolute and downright chaos,
there are kids running around the area, trailing behind them are the
sisters of the said foundation, trying their best to put a stop into
the overly cheery children. Other sisters and volunteers of the said
foundation are busy in their work, decorating every corner of the
building, keeping their eyes sheer to spot anything that can
practically ruin this day. Sister Leeteuk or commonly known as Sister
Teukie is busy as well. A very important and eminent person is coming
to visit to conduct a special party for the children of the orphanage.

Sungmin, a new volunteer in the Kids Haven Foundation is shocked as
shell as she saw what is happening in the foundation or rather how
busy the people are in the orphanage. With curiosity running through
her brain, she walks towards Ryeowook or just Wookie as the latter
asks people to call her that. “Hey Wookie, what’s happening in here?
Why is Sister Teukie so busy? Is there a VIP coming here in the
orphanage?”

Ryeowook turns around and looks at Sungmin, smile on her gentle face.
“Oh!” she exclaims happily. “Since you’re new here, I forgot to tell
you that this afternoon, a very special person will visit the
orphanage and he will conduct party for the orphans. Mr. Cho made it a
tradition in this orphanage; he never failed to conduct a party here.
He is such a kind hearted person. He and his family also…”

But before Ryeowook can finish her sentence, a newly arrived Donghae
says something, effectively cutting Ryeowook’s speech.
“Wait girls,” Donghae says, lips turns into a grin. “Do you know that
Mr. Cho is the number one hottest bachelor in the country as of now?
Ahhh~” she squeals, hands over her cheeks, sighing dreamily. “He’s so
handsome, so dreamy. He’s rich and some says he’s a genius like super
smart and all.  And he’s so hot. He’s perfection. And you know what?”
she turns to face her friend, eyes still glazed as ever.  “He’s
single. S.I.N.G.L.E. Single as in he’s available! Yayyyy~”

Sungmin scoffs and snorts which make her friend, Donghae stops
squealing like a fan girl she is. Both she and Ryeowook look at
Sungmin.

“What?” Sungmin reacts, “I just don’t know the reason why we need to
learn that fact? Why we need to know that?” she scoffs again, this
time crossing her hands over her chest. “And who the heck is this Mr.
Cho? Personally, I don’t know him at all. I haven’t heard of him and I
don’t want to know him. Just like you two said,” She coughs and with
fake fan girl voice she mimics from Donghae, she said, “He’s so
handsome, he’s smart, he’s rich. He’s soooo perfect!!!” she pauses,
turning her voice to normal. “Nope, he’s not perfect at all. He’s far
from perfection. I’m pretty sure that he’s such a spoil brat who’s so
full of himself, who thinks that the world will bow down to his feet.
On top it all; with the way you two described him, he’s a playboy. A
boy who run around playing with girls, stepping on their dreams,
shattering their hearts, making their life miserable. He’s a playboy
who doesn’t love and I hate playboys. Admit it girls, all guys are the
same. They made girls fell in love with them and when their bored with
them, they throw them away, leaving them heartbroken. And that’s how
relationship works for them,” she states bitterly. She means every
word she says. But how she gets this conclusion? It is because she is
a man hater, cliché as it may sound. She hates guys in general, so she
may be a bit prejudice. But she doesn’t care; she all gets it because
it happened to her. 1 and a half years ago, her boyfriend breaks up with her,
choosing to go with some low life , leaving Sungmin to suffer all
heart aches. And she’s been affected so much that up to now, she is
still left with bitter aches. That she promised to herself that she
will never fall in love again. Instead, she will focus on helping
others, helping people, helping children, it distracted her.

Donghae shakes her head, “Omo, Minnie. Please move on, already. Not
all guys out there are jerk as your ex,” she says. “It’s been three
years already since that incident happened. Hey girl, move on… You
really should try to move on, it will help. Release all your grudges.
Not all guys are the same.”

Ryeowook nods, “Yeah. Mianhae, Minnie but I think Hae-unnie is right.
I don’t judge Mr. Cho as easily as you did. How can you say he is a
playboy? Do you know him personally? All you know about him is what we
told you so you have no right to judge him. You have no right to say
he is a playboy, you don’t have evidence,” she said playfully,
waggling her fingers in Sungmin’s direction.

“Well… I don’t have evidence and…” Sungmin pouts, “What’s this? You
two teaming up to bully me? Two against one? That’s hardly fair!” she
whines, “I just that… he’s so full of himself. From the way you two
described him and besides… all guys are the same. They are all jerk
heartbreakers. ”

Ryeowook sighs, “Stop it, Minnie. You’re wrong. One day you’ll meet
the man you will prove your words wrong, who is going to love you. And
sad as to tell you this, you’re going to swallow all that you’ve said.
I promise, Minnie. You just wait and when that’s happens and it’s
going to happen, I’ll be here saying: ‘I told you so’.”

“Yup,” Donghae happily clings to Ryeowook. “My baby Wookie is right.
Once you found the right person and you fell in love, it’s like… it’s
like you’re on top of the world. It’s the most amazing feeling, I
promise you. So stop defaming all the boys in the world and just wait.
It’s going to come to you, you’ll find true love soon,” she winks at
Sungmin

In the middle of the three fair ladies conversation, Sister Teukie
comes and excuses herself as she wants to say something to the girls.

“Ladies, I would like to ask you to please help in the preparation for
the party. Mr. Cho already called and he said that he’s going to
arrive in ten minutes or so. And Hae and Wookie, can you two please
help and prepare? And you, Minnie, I would like you to welcome our
visitor, if it’s alright with you. Is it okay, Minnie?” Sister Leeteuk
asks politely and gently

Sungmin blinks, not really sure if she wants to. ‘Omo… Why me?’ she
asks herself mentally.

Donghae and Ryeowook giggled, hiding their mouth behind their hands to
stop Sungmin from seeing them. But alas! Fate is not with them today
because Sungmin and her sharp eyes catch Donghae and Ryeowook’s
shaking shoulders.

None so gently, Sungmin jabs Donghae’s shoulder and pinch Ryeowook’s
sides, successfully making them flinch. “Stop that,” she warns,
whispering.

“So, Minnie?” Sister Leeteuk asks again, smile on her face.

“Yeah, I guess. I will.” Sungmin says, smiling as well but on the
inside, she is sighing.

Right after Sister Leeteuk talks to the three of them. Two expensive
looking cars came. Mr. Cho Kyuhyun and Mr. Lee Hyukjae also known as
Lee Eunhyuk came down from each car.

Hyukjae looks around the orphanage, adjusting the sunglasses he wears.
“So this is the orphanage. Not bad, it’s huge, it’s nice,” he turns to
Kyuhyun who was beside him, “Am I going to meet pretty ladies here?”

“Hey you monkey!” Kyuhyun hits Hyukjae’s back. “We’re not here to look
for a girl, arasso? We’re here to help the kids and the orphanage. So
stop playing around and behave, you ert monkey.”

Sister Leeteuk and Sungmin politely welcomed their visitor or visitors
as they have not expected that Mr. Cho would arrive with someone with
him. While Donghae and Ryeowook left to help the other volunteers with
the kids.

“Omo, welcome Kyuhyun-shii. It’s been a while since your last visit.
How are your parents?” Sister Leeteuk asks as she shakes hand with
Kyuhyun.

Kyuhyun smiles, his white teeth in display. “I’m fine, Sister Teukie.
And umma and appa are doing great,” he says. “Uhhm, Sister Teukie,
this is my friend, Lee Eunhyuk. He’s here to help the orphanage as
well.

“Oh, nice to meet you Mr. Lee Eunhyuk. I’m Sister Leeteuk but you can
call me Sister Teukie just like everybody else.” Sister Leeteuk
releases Kyuhyun’s hands and gestures for Sungmin to come forward,
which the latter did. “Kyuhyun-shii, this is our new volunteer. Lee
Sungmin, she’s the one who’s going to accompany you throughout the
party,” she smiles, “I’ll just check the kids. And Eunhyuk-shii,
you’re welcome to come as well.” And with that, Sister Leeteuk walks
away.

‘So this is the great Mr. Cho.’ Sungmin scoffs mentally. ‘He really
looks like he’s a playboy. Yup, definitely a playboy. But in all
fairness, he’s quite… handsome. He’s well built, his eyes, they are
enticing. His lips, why it’s so pink? It’s unfair to have those
naturally pink lips, but the pink color is really inviting... it looks
so soft… I just wanted to… OMO!!! Did I just compliment him? What???’
Kyuhyun coughs loudly, “Excuse me? Are you done checking me out?”

Sungmin’s eyes widen, “What??? Excuse YOU! I’m not checking you out Mr. –“

“Kyuhyun. Just call me Kyuhyun. Miss?”

‘Sister Teukie just told him my name and he forgot about it already.
Tsss’ “Sungmin. My name is Sungmin but I prefer to be called Minnie,
Kyuhyun-shii,” she says Kyuhyun name with fake sweetness, smiling
brightly to him. ‘You jerk. You jerk. You jerk. You’re such a jerk!!
Urghh’ “Jerk Kyuhyun,” she whispers the last part, face forming a
snarl though she hides it by looking sideway.

“Did you say something?” Kyuhyun asks

Sungmin shakes her head, “I didn’t say anything, Kyuhyun-shii. Now,
follow me sirs,” she turns around and once she did, she snorts. ‘What
a jerk.’
