Two huffs

Three huffs.

Was there even a way to stop it ? She swore everyone around her could hear that loud- beating of her heart but she, herself , didn't know how to stop it .

One step.

She fastened her pace

She started running.

She grinned

She giggled

She let out laughs after laughs.

She hiccuped and finally stopped in her tracks. The rooftop .

Why was she acting like this ?

Her smiles slowing turned into frowns as she furrowed her eyebrows .

Her legs gave way

She fell

She chuckled then she wept

She let out her fustrations by hitting on the hard,solid wall beside her as she wailed even louder. She cursed, screamed and did everything she could to forget what just happened earlier

She hated it . She hated how she would grow all weak at sight of him yet she had to act like nothing was wrong at all

She thought it was fine. She met him the day before , cried herself to sleep and woke up at 5am the next day practising how she was suppose to act infront of  him .Went to school , saw him and carried out as planned

But no.

She couldn't.

She was so angry at herself for almost giving herself away when he looked into her eyes

How long does she have to act this way ? She hated to admit but she was afraid , afraid of the day where he'll finally appear infront of her

But now the day had finally came, and she regretted for anticipating him

She hurted more than she thought

She felt the existance of another yet couldn't care less. She was so angry that she literally lost her soul

''Yuri , please don't ...'' the voice was soft , yet it rang loud and clear in her ears

He felt as if his heart had been ripped from his body. Looking at her face etched with agony and sorrow , he couldn't take it anymore

He clenched his fist into a tight ball and lunged forward , locking his lips with her's and sensing tide of joy throughout his body .He needed to help, at least help take away some burden from her

She flutter her eyes open and was filled with confusion and shock ; she couldn't find strength to push him away, more like she didn't want to

She needed something , anything to calm her down for the moment

She closed her eyes and poured out her feelings.

She kissed him back

She swore she felt his lips curling up into a small smile

But why?

Why did Minho kissed her ?

The silence was deafening

"I'm sorry...'' Yuri didn't know why she was even apologising ; but she needed to say something ; anything

He let out a scoff

"Why are you apologising ? I'm the one that did it ,"

Her eyes were swollen ; she look like crap and yet the tall boy next to her still unconditionally craddle her crappy self close to his body as Yuri wrapped her arms closer around his waist

"I shouldn't do this ; you like my best friend don't you ...?" Yuri asked cautiously

"Kwon Yuri"

"What?"

"Listen up because I'm never going to repeat myself"

She stayed silent as she carefully peered through his shoulders and swore she saw red stained on Minho's cheeks

"I like you"

And Yuri literally jumped up in shock , accidentally knocking Minho's shoulder with great strength causing the said boy to wince up in pain

She gaped

But liking him had never crossed her mind
