Description
"You may fall from the sky, you may fall from a tree, but the best way to fall...is in love with me."
"Get away from me." I snarled grabbing his hair. Yongguk winced as the pain hit him. "How many times have I told you that I don't like you?"
"Aw, but honey buns, I love you. I just know that we're meant for each other." Yongguk replied twisting his way out of my grasp. I stomped on his foot and walked away from him. The school was just a few feet ahead of me, and if I made it, I would be safe.
"If you were a burger at McDonalds you'd be McGorgeous."
My feet stopped just in front of the gates, and I gave him a weird look. "Let me guess. You didn't eat breakfast this morning."
His face lit up in a smile. "How did you know? Were you spying on me?"
I scoffed and tilted up my chin hastily. "Just get to class Bang Yongguk, before this student council president reports you for being late."
Yongguk winked at me one last time before slinging his bag on his shoulder and headed inside. I let out a defeated sigh, and groaned. Why is my life so horrible?
Foreword
Bang Yongguk. My best friend. My loyal sidekick. My crush. Well, that was before he changed. Before I changed.
"Yongguk! Look at what I made for you." I cheerfully said as I hobbled over to where he sat. I shyly handed him a ring that I made from flowers.
"Nana that's so pretty." He replied, giving me his gummy smile. For a seven year old he was already very cute. He put it on his finger and laughed when it didn't fit. After a few moments of struggle he finally managed to get it on his pinky finger.
"I have something for you too!" Yongguk said, pulling out a small tiara from behind his back. "You will forever be my princess."
I watched with awe as he placed it on my head, positioning it until he was satisfied.
"You will forever be my prince."
As we grow older, things began to change. Yongguk no longer had time for me, claiming he had better things to do. Of course he was very popular with the ladies. They always fawned over his good looks, and his deep voice. But I knew him better than that. I was the one there for him when he fell. I was the one there to pick him up. Not them. So, it hurts me when Yongguk played with me like that. His stupid bet, with his stupid friends. Oh how I hate you Bang Yongguk.
