Lee Jinki, also known as Onew to his fans, is living a perfect life. He is the leader of one of the world's biggest Kpop groups, SHINee. The group has just recieved numerous awards for their latest album which stayed at #1 on the charts for months. His group members are his best friends and brothers. He has just gotten engaged to the love of his life, an American photographer named Jane Turner.

But when a senseless act of violence takes away his beloved Jane, that perfect world is shattered catapulting Jinki into despair and devastation.

Two years later, with help of his SHINee brothers, Jinki is slowly beginning to pick up the pieces of his life. While on a trip to New York City for a concert, Jinki sees something and is faced with the realization that the sensless act of violence may not have been so senseless after all. In fact, it may not have even really happened at all.

Jinki and his friends are thrown into a mystery that may take away the last bit of sanity that he has left, and maybe even his life.

This is my first time writing fanfiction in a few years and my first ever Onew/SHINee fan fiction. So please be nice. Constructive criticism is welcome but please keep it civil.

I do not own any of the members of SHINee or SM Entertainment. I do however own the storyline and the characters of Jane Turner and Maggie Scott, among others.
