She’s a bit of a grudge holder (well, she tries to be, anyway), but she still cares a lot about Baekhyun, Chanyeol, and Jongdae (plus Kai and Suho) so that makes it hard. She has a crush on Himchan, but doesn’t want to tell him and destroy her friendship with his sister. She used to have a bit of a crush on Jongdae when they were little. She might have some feelings for Luhan and/or Baekhyun – she doesn’t know herself what she’s feeling any more for the men in her life and the lack of control and direction scares the crap out of her.

Personality: she’s the sweet one of the group. When Hyun Jae is about to start a fight and Sun Ri is right behind her, Jung acts as a peace maker. She loves to read and write. She wants to be a reporter so she can travel the world recording major news stories. If she had to pick a guy for Sun Ri, she’s pick her brother or one of his friends (but mostly in favor of Baekhyun)

Personality: the cute little brother who isn’t really that little (height wise, anyway). Not afraid to use his cuteness to get what he wants. Looks up to Yong Guk and his noona. He really doesn’t like his big sister’s old friends because they made her cry and because of “the incident”, but if she forgives them he can try to live with them. Loves to dance and rap and plans to pursue one of them in university.

Personality: plays the role of leader and big brother to his friends. Quick tempered, but when things are really bad he can calmly assess the situation. Loves to compose songs and rap. Views Zelo as a son more than a dongsaeng and views Sun Ri as a little sister. He’s very protective of his friends. He tends to look very intimidating – he doesn’t think he is, so he sometimes forgets that people see him this way – until he smiles his big, adorable, gummy smile.

Personality: the peacemaker between his friends. Always tries to look on the bright side. Gets excited easy. Has a small crush on Sun Ri, but doesn’t want to risk hurting his sister’s friendship with her – or his for that matter. Has a lot of fangirls, at least one confesses to him every week, but he always turns them down.

 

Name: Jung Daehyun

Personality: very shy, doesn’t talk a lot when people he doesn’t know that well are around. The best listener of the entire group, everyone goes to him when they want someone to listen to their problems without providing feedback. Considered the secret keeper of the group because of this.

 

Name: Yoo Youngjae

Personality: the brains of the group, often called to help with the paperwork at the coffee shop. He never fails to point out when the others are doing something stupid and others can sometimes find this a little irritating. He can get angry really easy sometimes, it’s hard to predict when he’ll snap.

 

Name: Moon Jongup

Age: 17

Personality: not as shy as Daehyun, he’ll talk to people he doesn’t know very well when he needs to, but around totally strangers he tends to hide behind his hyungs and noona. He loves to dance and made captain of his school’s dance team.

Personality: the happy virus of his group. He feels really bad about how he ditched Sun Ri in high school and is trying to make it up to her by restarting their friendship. He likes to rap and help people feel better (inspire them). Almost always smiling. Has known Sun Ri since he was 3 when his family moved in across the street.

Personality: bit of a player (k, more than a bit). He misses having Sun Ri in his life, but he doesn’t want to admit that he was wrong to push her away. Lives next door to Sun Ri (Chanyeol and Chen live across the street) and knows better than anyone how much she hates him, Chanyeol, and Jongdae. He’s known Sun Ri pretty much since they were born.

Personality: very loyal to his friends (most of the time). Feels really bad about ditching Sun Ri and treating her like he did in high school. Has had crush on Sun Ri since he met her when he was 5. Really doesn’t like Himchan. Met Sun Ri, Baekhyun, Chanyeol a few weeks before kindergarten when his family moved into the house next door to Chanyeol – he didn’t becomes friends with them until the first day of school when they saved him from bullies picking on him because he cried (A/N: it was the first day of school, lots of 5 year olds cry on their first day of school).

 

Name:  Kim Joonmyun (Suho)

Age: 21

Friends: EXO, Choi Sun Ri (he considers her to be a friend at least)

Personality: the kind-hearted leader. The rest of the group goes to him for advice a lot. Very studious. Worries a lot about the people he cares about and this can cause a lot of stress for him. Wants the best for his brothers, so he goes out of his way to try mending Chen’s relationship with Sun Ri. Sun Ri still sort of likes him ‘cuz he tries so hard to keep some form of friendship alive between them. Met Sun Ri after moving in across the street, started viewing her as a sister after she saved Chen from bullies.

 

Name: Kim Jongin (Kai)

Age: 18

Family: mother, father, older brother X2 (Joonmyun and Jongdae à Suho and Chen)

Personality: a bit cocky and likes to be in control of things. Close to his brother Suho, but relationship is a bit strained between him and Chen. He really misses the days when Sun Ri was his noona and blames Chen for driving her away (he took part in driving Sun Ri away, but hates to admit it). He’ll be as cute and adorable as she wants him to be (he can even out do Tao in the cute department if it makes Sun Ri happy). Some people think he mMight have a crush on Sun Ri, but it could just as easily be him idolizing her. Like with Chen, Kai experienced bullying in his first few days of school and Sun Ri was the one who stood up from him first (this explains the idolizing her).

 

Name: Kim Minseok (Xiumin)

Age: 22

Family: mother, father, little sister, cousin X2 (Kim Himchan and Hyun Jae)

Job: EXO Books -- until he finds something in his field

Personality: pretty close to his cousins. He often stops by the coffee shop to talk to Himchan. He often jokes with Sun Ri about dating her if his cousin doesn’t ask her soon, but he’s rooting for Himchan to win her heart. Never really took part in the teasing in high school, but he never stopped it either.

 

Name: Xi Lu Han (Luhan)

Personality: pretty shy. Transferred to Korea in hopes of getting a wider world view (more real world experience). One of the few EXO members who likes being around B.A.P. He spends a lot of time with Sun Ri because of his interest in art. He has a crush on her, but afraid to voice it because he knows Chen and Himchan like her and he doesn’t want to damage his friendships with the other males.

 

Name: Wu Yi Fan (Kris)

Age: 22

Education: graduated university as languages major -- transferred from Canada in final year of university

Job: EXO Books -- looking for work in his field, but there aren’t a lot of job openings

Friends: EXO, Bang Yong Guk

Personality: pretty good friends with Yong Guk. He missed the drama of high school because he wasn’t even in the country (he didn’t even know them back then either), so Sun Ri isn’t hostile to him about that (they just don’t get along). He’s a good leader, like Suho, but he’s much stricter and doesn’t tolerate the others acting out.

 

Name: Zhang Yi Xing (Lay)

Age: 21

Friends: EXO

Personality: very open and friendly. Like Luhan, he transferred from China. Forgets things a lot, so he takes some flak for that. He isn’t a big fan of B.A.P because most times he has met them , things have ended in a shouting match (mostly between Sun Ri and Chen/Baekhyun, but B.A.P jumps in to defend Sun Ri).

 

Name: Do Kyungsoo (D.O)

Age: 19

Personality: plays the role of mother for the other boys. Very insightful, many of the guys go to him for advice when they don’t want to worry Suho with their problems. He’s quiet, preferring to observe others than get involved.

 

Name: Huang Zi Tao (Tao)

Education: attending university -- transferred from China to Korea -- music, vocal

Friends: EXO, Choi Sun Ri, Choi Junhong (Zelo)

Personality: very sweet. He enjoys hanging out with Sun Ri and Zelo (often has little rap battles with Zelo), mostly just because he can and he enjoys spending time with the pair. He has a lot of aegyo and uses it to his advantage when he wants something or is trying to cheer one of his friends up. He’s really good at wushu.

 

Name: Oh Sehun

Age: 18

Friends: EXO

Personality: can’t sit still for long, he loves to be active and move around. Shy at first, he’s much more lively when you get close to him (like Daehyun and Jongup, only more talkative to people he doesn’t know). He can be very childish when he wants to be, but otherwise is very mature.

Age: he’s ten weeks old when they get him

Owner(s): Zelo and Sun Ri (he’s mostly Zelo’s dog, though)

Personality: doesn’t bark a lot and very playful. Has a habit of “killing” any toy that makes noise. Loves to dig.

Name: Lee Miyun

Age: 32

Family: two children. Son – Kangdae – and daughter – Junghee

Education: finished university – teaching program

Job: university professor

Personality: she’s sweet and kind. People love her right away because of this. You’d never know her son and daughter are monsters when she’s so kind. She doesn’t know the history between her children and Sun Ri/Daehyun/Zelo, but she has an idea that something happened based on reactions she’s seen from all five.

Name: Lee Kangdae

Age: 18

Family: mother and sister – Miyun and Junghee

Education: attending university --> acting

Job: none

Friends: none that will appear in this story

Personality: he’s quite – so quite it can rival Daehyun and Jongup’s silence – but when he talks it’s always mean and cruel words. While his sister made life hard for Yong Guk, Himchan, Sun Ri, and Daehyun, he’s the one who targeted Youngjae, Jongup, and Zelo and made their lives hell. Zelo really hates him for everything he said in high school and he doesn’t seem to feel the least bit sorry for it.

Name: Lee Junghee

Age: 20

Family: mother and brother – Miyun & Kangdae

Education: attending university --> acting

Friends: Song Minju

Personality: she hates Sun Ri, Jung, Hyun Jae, and B.A.P. she’s cruel and heartless. She goes after what she wants and doesn’t care who she hurts in the process. She’s the one who get Baekhyun, Chanyeol, and Chen to spill the secret that destroyed their friendship with Sun Ri. She looks down on those she thinks are “below her.”

 

Name: Song Minju

Age: 20

Personality: follows Junghee around like a puppy and does everything the other girl says. She’s crushing on Baekhyun and will often try to hang onto him. She can get y with anyone she thinks will “take Baekhyun away from her.” she likes to think she acts cute, but people don’t agree with her.

 

Name: Kwon Yuri

Personality: she knows everything about everyone (or tires to anyway). While no one else trusts her to keep anything to herself, Junghee knows she has her complete loyalty. She’ll do anything to destroy the people who stand in Junghee’s way. How far she’ll go with this loyalty is another question.

Family: wife (dead), daughter – Sun Ri – and son – Junhong/Zelo

Personality: a good guy with a kind heart. He loves his children deeply and will do anything to make sure that they are happy, even at the cost of his own. This is why his children haven’t told him about what’s happened at school now that’s he’s announced his engagement to Lee Miyun. He works a lot to make sure his kids have everything they need/want. When Sun Ri told him that Daehyun would be moving in with them, he accepted the boy with an open heart.
