Down to Earth

Description

They were bright and then the light fainted, then went bright again, and he was the juxtaposition of them-- all dim and lightless, plus faint and brightless. The stars were always high up to the sky but he was at the bottom of the pit.

Foreword

Dream is the theme for this round. To me, dream is something subtle, yet strong. When you dream of something, it can be coming true in variety of ways; expectable or not. But of course in reality, dreams without works are more likely to be just a daydream. However, dream brings you a step closer to your goal and you are the one to fulfil it. 

This is an entry for Rising Writers jr. writing contest.

Chapter 1: Wow, this is a really powerful oneshot. You don't know how much feels I got from reading this. Dreams are just so mysterious that there so many ways to interpret it. And this is just wonderful. The ending...sakdvhlksjadvljbasdjvbakjsbdvsdjvbhaslvjsdbavk
