Forgiveness

'I forgive you.'

I looked in her eyes deeply.

'I forgive you for what you did with Soojung. I forgive you Oppa,' She told me.

I stared at her, failing to utter a sound. I stayed quiet until the doctor came in. Our eyes went straight to the doctor.

'I am here to do a check up,' He said and he checked Sooyeon.

After that, the doctor excused himself, my attention was on Sooyeon. She sat there, looking at me with her beautiful brown eyes. 

'I mean it, Oppa. Even though it still hurts, remembering the fact that you and Soojung did that, I forgive you. I don't know why you did that but it doesn't matter anymore. I love you, Oppa.'

I smiled and I went closer to her face. I put my forehead on hers. She smiled at me before I gave her a kiss. We stayed in that position for a while.  Sooyeon's and my tears fell during that. I distanced myself away from her lips. I wiped her tears with my thumbs.

Sooyeon was discharged and she was getting ready in her room. I waited for her outside the room, fiddling with my car keys. We were going to the new house. During the time Sooyeon was in the hospital, she told me that she didn't what to go back to her house because of what happened and that when she goes inside Soojung's room, it hurts her. I don't blame her. So we agreed on a decision to buy a new house. 

The door opened and revealed Sooyeon. I walked up to her and got hold of her bag. We went outside and she entered the car. I got in and put the bag in the backseat before reaching out for Sooyeon's seatbelt. I attached it to the seat and I put mine one.
