“And this is the teacher’s office. Your stop for now.”Donghae showed Joong yi

“Oh wow this school is really big.” She commented walking towards the big windows and looked outside watching as kids entered the building “I don’t even remember where the cafeteria is.” She thought.

“Oh, Donghae.” Joong yi turned around catching his attention.

“I have a question.....ummm do you know why the other students were pointing whispering and staring at us when you gave me the tour?”she asked. Donghae not sure what to say he turned away from her.

~Donghae POV~

*awkward silence* what other kids were watching us. I turned away from her I felt so…….normal. Like I could be myself…I didn’t have to pretend. But I had a reputation to protect. Not just for me but my group to. I had forgotten we were in this godforsaken school.

“Aish! Donghae don’t be stupid, just make up some story later, after all the girls do believe in anything I tell them.” Gaining his confidence back to telling Joong yi off and coolly walk away.

“Donghae-shii? Gwenchana?” She called after me

“Donghae-shii” her voice echoed in my head. I hesitated for a while I didn’t want to hurt her she is new after all; she doesn’t know the rules yet. “Wow that’s the first time you’ve finally called me by my name.” Finally pulling my act together I turned to face her. The new girl in school. In my school. My territory for now. The tone of my voice towards her changed her worried/curious expression to a confused ‘what the hell’ look

“Look let me tell you something, after you walk out of the teachers office and have your chitchat with the principal and all…..things will change around here. Students here are not what they really are. I won’t be the same towards you again.

“What….what the hell are you talking about? Donghae I’m confused.”

“I’ll be treating you differently maybe, maybe not. But just to warn you this school is not just about education. You are just another competitor.” I was probably giving her a stern look, she was still giving me the ‘what the hell’ look but her eyes, her eyes is what scared me the most. I swear sometimes I feel like a wussy.

“Joong yi I just don’t want you to be like those other gir…..” I started to clarify

“Just stop.” She interrupted me that was probably the first time a girl has ever interrupted me besides Jung il, but she doesn’t count. She interrupts everyone. But I could tell from her voice she was getting pissed off at my change of attitude. I swear my family’s bipolarness is very strange.

“Donghae, just stop. You don’t have to explain. I don’t know what happened or what’s going on in this school, but ill figure it out. and whatever it is, if your worried it might change me. Its not. I can promise you that.” Shocked, stunned, and speechless, I didn’t say anything back. I stood there looking at her as she glared back. Its like I could feel her evil vibe or something. Thanks to the bell it was time for me to head to class.

“well whatever happens, don’t say I didn’t warn you. I gotta go.” And I turned and left. Feeling guilty just leaving her there as I walked away from her. I glanced back at Joong yi, she didn’t look at me but staying in the same position as before I just headed to class feeling the guilt sink deeper.

“Gosh im such an today.” I thought

~Joong yi POV~

I stood there, I didn’t watch him leave I stayed planted in the same spot glaring at nothing.

“Another competitor…? What on sailor moons earth is he talking about?” I stood there for a few more minutes and another bell rang. I guess it’s the bell to start class I sighed and shook off the moody feeling I had and headed towards the teachers office.
