Months had passed, You and Baekhyun is getting really well. But of course, sweet.

 

Fangirls and Fanboys were not disturbing the two of you anymore. Some of them even shipped the two of you and created a Baek-Jae fans club.

 

But the others are still not happy with it. The fangirls' number one OTP is ruined. The BaekYeol couple. They are still not over at the fact that Baekhyun got into a relationship with you and not Chanyeol.

 

 

Taemin and Sulli had broken up with unknown reasons. Well maybe it’s because of Sulli who's being secretive. She had been always absent because of her 'family' matters.

 

Taemin had been ignoring the topic and he would always ignore Sulli who looks 'not-affected at all'. But who knows.

 

But the thing that Taemin has been back to his 'usual' self is getting into Baekhyun's jelly nerves. Like in the past, Taemin would stick to you like a glue. He would cling like a Koala and follow you at who-goes-nowhere. And sometimes, he would back-hug you and would even kiss you on the cheeks which made Baekhyun reallyyyyy jealousssss.

 

But like the usual you, you just let him do what he always did and be careful not to hurt his feeling like what happened in the 'past'.

 

 

 

And tomorrow is your 'I'm turning Legal' day. Yeah, you're turning 18 which is a big thing for your family. But a bigger thing for Baekhyun.

 

HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT GIFT TO GIVE!!

 

He had searched in the internet, searched all the malls for almost a week. And still, he can't think of a gift that would fit your taste.

 

But actually he had bought 3 life-sized Despicable Me Minions. He knew that Minions is your all-time favorite.

 

But that's just like the appetizer.

 

He was thinking for the main gift, for like a week already.

 

And he can't really think of a gift to give.

 

Inside his house, he was pacing back and forth like there was something urgent for him. He kept biting his nails along with lips and would let out a big sigh every minute. He would sometimes let out an annoying hiss.

 

Jihyun was watching TV with her head laying on the couch and her legs on the center table. Just like a boss.

 

She was watching her favorite movie but Baekhyun ruined her mood. With Baekhyun whose sighing and hissing all the time, Jihyun is already pissed. Pissed to the core that it was the first time he saw his brother like that.

 

"Aish!!" Baekhyun yelled and stomped his foot. In pure irritation, Jihyun grabbed the remote of the TV and threw it across Baekhyun's head which landed perfectly.

 

"OUCH! WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WOMAN?" Baekhyun hollered as he rubbed his head in pain.

 

Jihyun scoffed and stood up, "My problem is you, idiot. Why the heck do you keep sighing and hissing for like an hour already!!." She threw a pillow at Baekhyun's face.

 

Baekhyun scowled and muttered incoherent words. Jihyun threw another pillow and it landed again on Baekhyun's face. "WHY THE HECK DO YOU KEEP THROWING THINGS ON ME!? YOU'RE OLDER THAN ME!! YOU'RE ABUSING MEE!!!" Baekhyun childishly yelled as he threw the pillow back at his noona.

 

"WHY DON'T YOU TALK YOUR PROBLEMS OUT? WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM THAT YOU KEPT SIGHING AND HISSING WHICH IS NOT SO YOU, BYUN BAEKHYUN." Jihyun screamed back which kinda’ shakes the whole house.

 

Lucky for them, their parents weren't there and are away for a business trip. Or else, their mother would yell at them nonstop, make them stand in front of each other and say the magic word, "I'm sorry Noona/Baekhyun. I love you."

 

Which they really hate. They're not like any other siblings who are kind and cares for each other. They are the opposite one.

 

 

"I CAN'T THINK OF A GIFT TO GIVE FOT JAEHEE'S BIRTHDAY TOMORROW!!" Baekhyun screamed out.

 

Jihyun furrowed her eyebrows; she thought the 3 life-sized minions was Baekhyun's gift.

 

"I thought those 3 minions is your gift?" She asked confusedly in a much calmer voice.

 

Baekhyun looked at her with crestfallen face, "That was just like an appetizer. I can't think of the main gift." He pouted.

 

Jihyun's eyes widened, she knew the prices of the 3 life sized minions. It's 2 million won because it’s made from the finest materials. Well actually, she was shocked at how Baekhyun was concerned in giving gifts. He's not so him. In this birthday party like this, he would ask some butler or maids to buy the gift for him.

 

"Any good suggestions, noona?" Baekhyun asked, looking at Jihyun who was in deep thought.

 

Jihyun glanced at Baekhyun who was waiting for his answer, "Look, Lover boy. I know Jaehee is your girlfriend and that doesn't mean that you should give a lot to her, even though it’s her 18th birthday. Just give something that is truly from your heart, something that she would cherish. I know she's not like the any brats who's really picky." Jihyun smiled as he slightly punched Baekhyun's shoulder and walked off with a laugh.

 

Baekhyun stood there for a moment, "Something that she would cherish?"

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, it was the D-Day. The day of your birthday. The day you will turn legal. The day you will turn 18.

 

The birthday will be held in the biiiiiig ballroom of your family's hotel. It was the biggest event of the year for your family, that's why they chose a super big ballroom.

 

Your parents had invited like half of the students in your school. Even the es were included. The business partners, the 'Great 8' and relatives are invited too. The whole SHINee and Sulli were invited also. Medias had already gathered in front of the hotel, waiting for you to arrive.

 

Workers are rushing here and there to settle everything. The tables, chairs, decorations, plates, utensils, and the food. They also had set up the 5 layer red-velvet cake topped with simple chocolate yet tasty icings.

 

There was just an hour before the party starts.

 

 

 

Baekhyun was riding in a limousine with his whole family, off to the venue.

 

Baekhyun was handsome like hell. He's wearing his best tuxedo with his purple hair, styled-up and with the simple eyeliner around the lid of his eyes. That's just soooo perfect, inhumane and imaginary.

 

 

They finally reached the venue and when they came out of the limo, the blinding flashes of cameras started to capture photos. Baekhyun walked straight with cold face. Well, he wasn't sure if his 'gift' was enough for you, that's why.

 

They walked along the red carpet and soon, they reached the ballroom where lots of guests are already there. Including, Yuri, Sulli, SHINee and EXO-K. Minho and Zelo is already there too.

 

All guests were wearing elegant dresses and tuxedos; it was really a party for riches.

Because unfortunately, they were invited since Kyungmi's father is working as the manager in your family's main hotel and Hyemi's Mother is the Executive Chef.

 

Yuri and Sulli were gorgeous like hell that made Minho and Taemin's jaws dropped. Well, even though Taemin and Sulli already broke up, Taemin is still fantasizing over Sulli's simple beauty.

 

Looking at the table where all the gifts were placed, Baekhyun's was the biggest because it’s the 3 life sized minion plushies.

 

There's still 5 minutes before the party starts and Baekhyun was getting impatient. Impatient to see how elegant you would be.

 

Baekhyun turned around and took a glass of juice from a waiter. He gulped the drink and he suddenly heard the ballroom's door opened.

Good thing Baekhyun got hold of the glass he was holding, or else he would drop it on the floor. Baekhyun's jaws were hanging agape and his eyes were bulging out.

As you walked in front with your parents, your eyes roamed around, looking for your boyfriend.

 

You saw him holding a glass of juice with his mouth agape and eyes widened. You chuckled at the sight and flash him a y wink.

 

Baekhyun looked away, blushing. He was so mesmerized by your simple elegance and heck you flashed him a wink which is just too y for him to contain.

 

The party starts with the lead of your parents. Everyone was enjoying the party but seems Kyungmi and Hyemi wasn't.

 

They're trying too hard to be noticed by SHINee and EXO-K who have their attention on you, not them.

 Baekhyun prepared a special performance for his dear girlfriend. He will be playing the piano with the match of singing.

 

 

 

Everyone clapped after the performance ended. Baekhyun was heck of a good singer and pianist.

 

Almost everybody can feel the love in Baekhyun's eyes. The moment he glanced at you lovingly when singing, it’s like you're the most important in his life. Like he was madly head-over-heels on you.

 

With a proud and big smile, he walked over to you, took your hand and kissed the top of it, lovingly. You blushed in response as you bit back a grin.

 

Everyone cooed in awe at the sweet sight. Both of your mothers, who are standing beside each other, were grinning and they're just preventing themselves from freaking out.

 

On the other side, EXO-K and SHINee were reacting negatively. They kept creating puking sounds and kept saying,

Meanwhile, in the midst of Baekhyun's sweetness, someone was looking away, hurt.

He slapped Daehyun's hand away, took your hand and interlaced it with his.

 

Baekhyun glared at Daehyun, "Pardon you. This girl was already taken by me." He hissed and dragged you away. You smiled apologetically and bowed a little.

 

Baekhyun dragged you to the back door and the both of you entered the wide garden.

 

Your feet hurts since you were wearing a killer heels. You abruptly stop and pulled away from him, sitting down as you rubbed your foot.

 

Baekhyun squatted on your height, took your foot and examined it. "It hurts?" He asked worriedly.

 

You nodded with a pout, "Yes. It's my birthday today and you freaking dragged me like a kid, I wore heels, you know?!"

 

Baekhyun pecked your cheeks and smiled, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to drag you roughly. The dude earlier just pissed my good mood."

 

"Jelly" You teased as you poked his cheeks. Baekhyun turned to you with a frown, Yes, I know I'm jealous."

 

You snickered and he slung his arm around waist and his other arm to support your legs as he lifted you up, bridal style.

 

"You don't need to be jelly, Mr.Bacon. I don't like anyone except you." You smiled truthfully and Baekhyun grinned in response. "I know you only love me."

 

You huffed, "Pfft. Cocky."

 

He sets you down on bench near the big fountain in the middle.

 

"Why did you bring me here?" You asked in confusion. Baekhyun smiled widely as he nuzzled his face on the crook of your neck. "I want to be with my pretty girlfriend" He mumbled as he hugged your waist.

 

"Pssh. You don't need to say pretty, because I already know I am." You cockily said with your chin up. Baekhyun turned to you and flicked your forehead slightly, "Look who's cocky."

 

You pouted as you rubbed your forehead, "Who says I'm cocky? I'm just stating the fact." You grinned. Baekhyun chuckled and planted a long peck on your lips, "Since It's your birthday, I'll just agree with you."

 

He pulled away and you can't help but to snicker, "AHAHA. You looked like you put some lipstick".
