Broken
Until Forever Ends...Gone Not Around Any Longer - SISTAR19
Broken
Yoon Jung gazed blankly out her bedroom window, staring off into space. The
weather was the same as the last days she had spent with him. Not a ray of
sunshine in view with gloomy clouds all over the sky. How long had it been since
he left? Six months? Eight months? A year? She didn’t know. Neither did she
care. All she knew or cared about was that she still loved him.
Yoon Jung closed her eyes as her breathing started getting unsteady. Whenever
this happened she would imagine as if he was still there, next to her. After a
moment she opened her eyes. Yoon Jung’s eyes trailed around her room until they
fell on what she was searching for. It was a picture of him staring affectionately at
her while she was smiling brightly at the camera. A tear slipped down her face as
she remembered his loving kisses and soft touches. And his gentle voice that
would whisper sweet nothingness to her. She had never imagined he could ever be
the cause of her happiness ending. Until the day he left.
“I’m going abroad after graduation...”
Yoon Jung closed her eyes tightly, hoping for the bad memories to disappear.
How could she ever forget about him? How would she be happy without him?
How could she stop longing for him when she knew he was out there somewhere,
with the same feelings as herself...
The next day Yoon Jung woke up to a dragon with a camera in its hand. “Smile!”
it slurred through its sharpened teeth. “The press loves a smiley face!” Yoon Jung
blinked at the creature in front of her.
The dragon took off its mask to reveal a beautiful girl. She had a big smile
splattered on her face as her chestnut hair fell on both sides of her face, making
her look cute yet mature.
“I missed you so much!” the girl exclaimed as she jumped on top of Yoon Jung.
Which earned her a good shove from Yoon Jung that resulted with her face
colliding to the carpeted floor.
A groan escaped her rosy lips, “That really hurt!” She pushed herself on her feet
and stared down at Yoon Jung. “Do you even know what day today is?” she
sighed. Yoon Jung finally sat up and shook her head.
“It’s your seventeenth birthday!” she exclaimed in shock, “How can you not know
your own birthday?!”
Yoon Jung ignored the question, “Eunji, leave...”
Eunji frowned, “Fine but I’m only here for a day also mom and dad want you to
come down for dinner today.” With that she left the room. *Yoon Jung...you
won’t even call me unnie anymore? Why are you so hung up on him?*
*Go down for dinner? They’re probably having guests over...* Yoon Jung sighed
and lied down on her king sized bed.
Moments later a knock came on her door. Which she didn’t bother answering to.
The door swung open and in came a lady who was in her mid 40s. She elegantly
walked towards Yoon Jung and sat at the foot of her bed.
“What do you want?” Yoon Jung mumbled.
