Flight is the pinacle of what mankind can achieve. The ultimate rapture that is within their grasp. Sungmin wants not only to achieve flight;he craves to be the best at it--to be as well-known as the man deemed the best in the skies: Kangin.
But it's not that simple.
Over two hundred years have passed since the time when Kangin and so many others roamed the skies. In the world that Sungmin and his best friend Kyuhyun live, flight is not so easily obtained. Between the huge sacrifices, the rigirous requirements and the looming necessity of the blessing of a God, more people die attempting than they do achieving. Not to mention, no one has seen, heard or recieved a blessing from the God's since the hayday of flight.
How can Sungmin surpass the ledgends of the past if he can't even achieve flight?

Hello!
I know, I know. I've yet to post the second chapter of "The Rules". I know.
I had multiple chapters written out--and then my laptop died. Crashed and burned, really. Sad. So I've had to start writting the series all over again. It's going to take some time because I usually make extensive notes about the entire story before I start writting even a single chapter. I have to, essentually, write the whole thing over because I've lost all of my glorious notes. :'(
Cool thing though: When I was trying to remember my plot points from that story my brain went and came up with this number. It should be around 16 chapters + Epilouge. It's really cool and one of the first stories I've even written that has weaving characteristics and connectivity between multiple characters. It's multi-dimentional, and It takes a lot of time for me to write it all out. So far, I've got over ten pages of notes on the first chapter and basic plot. Lord help me. Haha!
