The meeting room was filled with silence except the sounds of pens clicking. In the room, were the cast of the new project; 'Love In Fiction'. They had never had any contact nor did they knew one another before this and it was plain awkward for them to be waiting in a room alone with no staff there. They had long arrived and they wondered why the director took so long to come in. Baek Su Min glanced at Kris, her supposed male lead in the drama.

'Clean cut, neat attire, doesn't seem that bad to work with. I think I'll do good on this one too.' Su Min thought before looking over to Jaejoong. 'Good, seems to be a gentleman. We'll get along fine.' She nodded her head.

Unknown to her, while she was drifting away in her thoughts, the two men had already been staring at her for a minute. They felt her scanning through them a minute ago and couldn't help but looked over.

A smirk went on Jaejoong's face. 'Not that bad.' He thought while clicking his tongue.

Out of all the three, Kris was the newest in this line and he was the junior. He was still nervous whenever he had a new project. After all, his main career was a singer or to be exact, a rapper of EXO and not an actor. He sheepishly bowed his head a little at the staring Su Min who was surprised by that gesture and quickly ree too. Seeing their exchange, Jaejoong opened his mouth to speak but before he could speak a word, the door opened and all the staff came in.

The director took the front seat and set his documents down. He shook the three hands before flipping through his documents. He then clasped his hands together on the table and looked at the three one at a time.

"Hi guys, I'm Lee Seok, the director of 'Love In Fiction'. It's nice to be meeting you guys today. As you guys know, you're the finalised casts of this drama so I hope you get along well. Did you talk to one another yet?" The director introduced and asked.

Jaejoong glanced at Su Min and Kris before speaking himself. "Because you were late for fifteen minutes and we were practically forced to sit here and wait, I was about to speak when you came in. So no, we haven't." Jaejoong said bluntly.

The director wasn't shocked by his intruding speech. It wasn't the first time he worked with Jaejoong and he was on quite familiar terms with Jaejoong so they could speak freely with one another without getting hurt.

The director nodded his head before in his breath. "Okay then. I'll introduce the cast before I hand out the script and characters' paper." He stood up from his seat before walking over to Su Min. He placed two hands on her shoulders, "This is Baek Su Min, I'm sure most of you know her, she's been in this line for ten years now. She will be 'Kim Min Jung'." He then walked over to Kris who was opposite Su Min. "This is Kris Wu, most of you know him as Kris, a rapper from the idol boy group EXO. He started venturing in the acting industry two years ago so he's still a newbie." Kris stood up and bowed to all the staff before sitting down. The director then walked over to Jaejoong and smacked him on the back. "Your very manly, hot and ay man, Kim Jaejoong." Jaejoong grinned and put a hand up to say 'Hello'. The staff cheered teasingly and Jaejoong shook his head while laughing. "Okay then, I'm done with the main cast. The rest will be introduced on the day of the first filming. I will now hand out the scipts and papers." The director went back to his seat and took out three scripts and three papers. "Look at it, read through the characters' paper and scene 3 of the script. In ten minutes, we will rehearse the first part of scene 3."

Kris, Su Min and Jaejoong took their papers and scripts, reading through them quickly. The first thing that they read through, was the characters' paper as it would be confusing for them if they didn't know how the character was supposed to be.

Going through scene 3, ten minutes had already past and the director told them to act out the scene. The three stood up from their seats and held the scripts in their hands. "And... ACTION!" The director called and they started.

"Annyeonghasyo! Kim Min Jung-imnida! I hope we get along well!" Su Min said and bowed 90 degrees.

Kris scratched the back of his head and his face became a little red. "O-oh. Annyeonghaseyo!" He bowed 90 degrees too.

Su Min pointed a finger at Kris. "Oh! You know how to speak!"

Kris looked up at Su Min, confused at her words. "U-uh? Why wouldn't I know how to?"

Su Min pouted her lips, "Hmm.. It's just.. I heard from people that you're a little.. cold to others including your seniors.. Ha.. ha.. I guess the rumors aren't true." She looked down to her feet and it was time for Jaejoong to come in.

He scoffed and rolled his eyes. "Yah! Both of you, don't be fools. Of course he is able to talk! How would he act if he wasn't able to talk? And you! Chris! Why are you stuttering? Both fools!" Jaejoong laughed.

Both Su Min and Kris gaped, was this the true colors of Jaejung?! "Oh.. are you normally like this, Jaejung-sunbae? I thought.. never mind. Sorry, we'll go to another place and continue our conversation there." Su Min apologised.

"S-sorry! You don't have to go anywhere, I was just playing around." Jaejoong bit his lips guiltily with his head hung downwards.

"Oh, haha! You're good at acting! Got me there, Jaejung-sunbae. Anyway, nice to meet you two, I'm Kim Min Jung. I'm going to be acting as 'Kim Haneul'." Su Min beamed and stretched a hand out.

"Han Jae Jun but I prefer Jae Jung, it sounds nicer." Jaejoong smiled sweetly and Su Min nodded.

"Chris Li Jia Heng." Kris bowed and stretched a hand out for the two to shake.

"It doesn't sound like a korean name, are you korean?" Su Min asked and Kris shook his head.

"I'm from Canada but I'm chinese." Kris explained.

"You speak very fluent Korean." Jaejoong praised and Kris thanked him.

"So-"

"Cut!" The director called, interrupting Su Min. "Good, very good. That's all for today's meeting. I hope you guys get along and we'll meet you next Wednesday for the first filming! Rest well because you won't be able to when filming starts!" The director clapped and everyone followed suit.

The meeting was dismissed and everyone stood up to leave the room. Slowly, one by one, the room was emptied and it was back to the three person in the room. Not wanting it to be more awkward, they nodded, greeting one another before leaving the room. Jaejoong was the first to leave. Both Kris and Su Min exchanged glances before Su Min hurried off.

"That was.. awkward." Kris mumbled before leaving the room too after switching off the lights.

Strangely, after they acted out Scene 3, it was like they were a step closer to one another. They felt like it was introducing themselves rather than the characters they were playing who were introducing themselves. Su Min went looking for her manager before she got into her van. To her, this was another joy for her. It was another opportunity for her to prove herself to her parents.
